Description
本発明の第1実施形態について図面を用いて詳細に説明する。図1は、圧力容器10の構成を示す概略図である。図2は、圧力容器10の構成を示す詳細図である。圧力容器10は、例えば、反応器(リアクタ)、熱交換器等で構成されている。
次に、本発明の第2実施形態について図面を用いて詳細に説明する。図7は、圧力容器40の構成を示す図である。図8は、圧力容器40の作用を説明するための図である。図7及び図8に示す矢印は、第1流体の流れの方向を示している。なお、同様な構成には同じ符号を付し、詳細な説明を省略する。第2実施形態の圧力容器40では、圧力容器本体42と、本体フランジ16との間に、出入口ヘッダ32、44が複数設けられている点で、第1実施形態の圧力容器10と相違している。
次に、本発明の第3実施形態について図面を用いて詳細に説明する。図9は、圧力容器50の構成を示す図である。なお、同様な構成には同じ符号を付し、詳細な説明を省略する。第3実施形態の圧力容器50では、一対の蓋34、36の少なくとも一方は、開閉可能に形成されている点で他の実施形態の圧力容器10、40と相違している。なお、図9に示す矢印は、第一流体の流れの方向を示している。

Claims (4)
- 圧力容器であって、
流体が流れる流路が設けられ、矩形の断面形状を有し、延びて形成されている圧力容器本体と、
貫通穴からなる開口部を備え、前記圧力容器本体の長手方向の少なくとも一端側に設けられ、前記圧力容器本体が挿入される円形状の本体フランジと、
を備え、
前記圧力容器本体は、前記圧力容器本体の長手方向の一端側の側面に設けられ、且つ本体フランジ側に設けられ、前記流路と連通し、前記流体が出入りする流体出入口を有し、
前記圧力容器本体の外面と、前記本体フランジの内面との間に、前記流体出入口と連通する閉空間で形成され、前記流体が出入りする出入口ヘッダを有し、
前記本体フランジの開口部は、前記圧力容器本体を挿入可能な空間と、前記出入口ヘッダを形成可能な空間と、を有することを特徴とする圧力容器。 - 請求項1に記載の圧力容器であって、
前記出入口ヘッダは、前記圧力容器本体の外面と、前記本体フランジの内面との間に、複数設けられていることを特徴とする圧力容器。 - 請求項1または2に記載の圧力容器であって、
前記出入口ヘッダは、前記本体フランジの厚み方向の両側に、前記閉空間を形成する一対の蓋を有していることを特徴とする圧力容器。 - 請求項3に記載の圧力容器であって、
前記一対の蓋の少なくとも一方は、開閉可能に形成されていることを特徴とする圧力容器。
