The overhanging portion 23 is composed of flange portions provided so as to project outward from the lower end sides of the four corners of the side wall portion 22 (frame body portion F), and a screw 90 excluding the screw head 92 is provided at a substantially central portion thereof. A first through-hole portion 23a formed of a substantially circular through-hole provided so that the screw portion 91 of the above can be penetrated is formed.

The circuit board 30 is composed of, for example, a hard wiring board having a predetermined conductive path on its front surface (or front and back surfaces), and includes a control unit (not shown) composed of a microcomputer that controls the display of the information display body 10. , The metal conductive member 31 and various circuit parts such as resistors and capacitors are conductively connected on the conductive path.

Reference numeral 32 denotes a position corresponding to the first through hole portion 23a of the overhanging portion 23, which is a second through hole portion provided so as to penetrate the front and back surfaces of the circuit board 30, and the second through hole portion. The through-hole portion 32 is formed as a substantially circular through-hole in which the screw portion 91 of the screw 90 is provided so as to be able to penetrate like the first through-hole portion 23a.

The conductive member 31 is a metal conductive terminal in which the main portion thereof is mounted on the back surface portion of the circuit board 30 corresponding to the second through hole portion 32, and the threaded portion 91 of the conductive screw 90 is screwed. A tubular portion 31b having a screwed portion 31a formed on an inner peripheral surface, and a thin plate-shaped main body portion 31c extending substantially parallel to the circuit board 30 from the upper end side of the tubular portion 31b to the outside. It extends (projects) from both side ends of the main body 31c toward the front side, penetrates the hole H of the circuit board 30, and extends to the ground electrode (grounding portion) G provided on the conductive path on the surface of the circuit board 30. It includes a pair of leg portions (terminal portions) 31d that are electrically connected by soldering.

As described above, in the case of this example, the conductive member 31 as a metal terminal mounted on the circuit board 30 is electrically connected to the ground electrode G provided on the circuit board 30.

The case member 40 is made of, for example, a resin case made of a white synthetic resin material, and is placed on the circuit board 30 so as to hold the holding portion 41 for holding the information display body 10 and the overhanging portion 23. The boss portion 42 having the hole portion 42a is integrally formed. The hole portion 42a of the boss portion 42 is formed as a substantially circular through hole through which the screw portion 91 can be penetrated together with the first and second through hole portions 23a and 32.

The temperature detection unit 50 is electrically connected to the thermistor 51 as a temperature detection element installed around the information display body 10 and one end side is electrically connected to the thermistor 51 and the other end side is electrically connected to the circuit board 30 by using a connector or the like. An annular smooth surface 53a located on one end side of the wiring cord 52 to be connected to the wire, the conductive tubular portion 53 for accommodating the thermistor 51 inside, and the tubular portion 53 on the side opposite to the wiring cord 52 side. A well-known filling member made of a thin plate-shaped flat plate portion (fixing portion) 54 extending so as to be substantially parallel to the overhanging portion 23, and a silicone resin or epoxy resin filled in the internal space S of the tubular portion 53. (Not shown) and (see FIG. 4).

Then, after the filling member is filled in the internal space S of the cylinder portion 53, the filling member is cured to fix and hold the thermistor 51 inside the cylinder portion 53 in a state where the airtightness is maintained. Is possible.

The flat plate portion 54 is provided with a third through hole portion 54a at a position corresponding to the first and second through hole portions 23a and 32 and the hole portion 42a, and the third through hole portion 54a is provided. Is formed as a substantially circular through hole through which the screw portion 91 can be penetrated together with the first and second through hole portions 23a and 32 and the hole portion 42a.

The facing member 60 is made of, for example, a resin housing made of a black synthetic resin material, is arranged between the information display body 10 and the perspective panel 70, and has a substantially rectangular opening hole for exposing the display area. Has 61.

The fluoroscopic panel 70 is formed of a translucent synthetic resin material, and is attached to the back cover 80 by an appropriate fixing means such as screw fixing so as to close the front opening of the facing member 60.

The back cover 80 is made of a resin housing formed of a synthetic resin material, and is formed in a bottomed box shape in which the back member 60 side is open, and the information display body 10, the frame body 20, and the circuit board 30 are formed in the internal space thereof. , The case member 40 and other internal unit parts are stored. The back cover 80 is fixed to the fluoroscopic panel 70 by an appropriate fixing means such as hook fixing.

The vehicle instrument D is composed of the above parts. Here, an assembling example when assembling four parts including the frame body 20, the circuit board 30 (where the conductive member 31 is mounted), the case member 40, and the temperature detection unit 50 by using the screws 90 will be briefly described. ..

First, the frame body 20, the temperature detection unit 50, the case member 40, and the circuit board 30 are positioned in this order from the front side of the vehicle instrument D toward the back side of the vehicle instrument D. At this time, the first through-hole portion 23a provided in the frame body 20 (overhanging portion 23), the third through-hole portion 54a provided in the temperature detection unit 50 (flat plate portion 54), and the case member 40. The four components are aligned so that the hole portion 42a provided in the (boss portion 42) and the second through hole portion 32 provided in the circuit board 30 communicate with each other.

Next, the screw 90 is set so that the lower end surface of the screw portion 91 located on the opposite side of the screw head 92 faces the overhanging portion 23 side, and the first through hole portion 23a and the third through hole portion 54a are set. , The hole 42a and the second through hole 32 are sequentially passed through the screw portion 91, and finally the screw 91 portion that has passed through the second through hole 32 is screwed into the screw portion 31a. Assembly of one part is completed.

Note that this assembly example shows an example of screw fixing at the overhanging portion 23 at the lower right corner of the four corners of the frame body 20 (frame body F), excluding the lower right corner of the four corners. As shown in FIG. 2, the cross-sectional configuration of the vehicle instrument D at the remaining upper left corner, lower left corner, and 23 overhanging portions in the upper right corner is a flat plate portion 54 (temperature detection) with respect to the configuration of FIG. It is assumed that the unit 50) has been abolished.

Then, at the time of completion of assembly of the four parts, FIG. 2, the screw head 92 of the screw 90, as shown in FIG. 3 is a state in which contact with the projecting portion 23, Note and, the screw head 92 The screw portion 91 is screwed into the screw portion 31a so that the overhang portion 23, the flat plate portion 54, and the boss portion 42 (or the overhang portion 23 and the boss portion 42 ) are sandwiched between the overhang portion 23 and the circuit board 30. The configuration is as follows. That is, this means that the conductive member 31 is screwed by the screw portion 91 provided so as to be able to penetrate the through hole portions 23a, 32, 54a and the hole portion 42a (or the through hole portions 23a, 32 and the hole portion 42a). It means that it has a screwed portion 31a to be fitted, and the screw head 92 of the screw 90 is in contact with the overhanging portion 23.

Here, under the condition that an audio device (electronic device) is mounted around the vehicle instrument D, the vehicle instrument D is affected by electromagnetic noise propagating around the audio device during operation of the audio device. In this case, the electromagnetic noise is screwed with the conductive frame body 20, the screw head 92 of the conductive screw 90 in contact with the overhanging portion 23 of the frame body 20, and the screw portion 91 of the screw 90. Since it propagates sequentially to the screwed portion 31a of the conductive member 31 and the ground electrode G soldered and connected to the pair of leg portions 31d of the conductive member 31, the liquid crystal display provided on the vehicle instrument D under the influence of electromagnetic noise. There is no risk of the panel (information display body 10) malfunctioning.

As described above, in the present embodiment, the overhanging portion 23 and the circuit board 30 have a first through-hole portion 23a and a second through-hole portion 32 in which the screw portion 91 of the screw 90 can be penetrated, respectively. The conductive member 31 has a screw portion 31a into which a screw portion 91 provided so as to be able to penetrate the (at least) first and second through hole portions 23a and 32, respectively, and a screw head of the screw 90. The structure is such that 92 is in contact with the overhanging portion 23.

Therefore, the electromagnetic noise is caused by the conductive frame body 20, the screw 90 in contact with the frame body 20 (overhanging portion 23), and the conductive member 31 (screwed portion) in which the screw 90 (screw portion 91) is screwed. The electromagnetic noise does not act on the liquid crystal display panel (information display body 10) because the parts 31a) are sequentially propagated to the ground electrode G electrically connected to the conductive member 31 (pair of leg portions 31d). , It is possible to provide the vehicle instrument D in which the information display body 10 does not malfunction.

Further, in the present embodiment, the temperature detection unit 50 has a flat plate portion 54 as a fixing portion having a third through hole portion 54a in which the screw portion 91 can be penetrated together with the first and second through hole portions 23a and 32. When the overhanging portion 23, the boss portion 42, and the circuit board 30 on which the conductive member 31 is mounted are fixed by using the screw 90, the flat plate portion 54 (temperature detection unit 50) is simultaneously used. Since it can be tightened and fixed, it is possible to provide a vehicle instrument D having good assembly workability.

The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments and drawings. Changes (including deletion of components) can be made to the embodiments and drawings as appropriate without changing the gist of the present invention.

For example, in the above-described embodiment, at least the boss portion 42 of the case member 40 is sandwiched between the overhanging portion 23 and the circuit board 30, but for example, the boss portion 42 is abolished and the overhanging portion is used. The configuration may be such that the 23 and the circuit board 30 are brought into contact with each other (that is, the overhanging portion 23 is placed directly on the circuit board 30).

Therefore, in this case, in the cross-sectional configuration of the vehicle instrument D at the overhanging portion 23 portion in the lower right corner portion, the conductive member 31 includes the first through hole portion 23a and the second through hole portion 32. The structure has a screwed portion 31a into which a screw portion 91 provided so as to be able to penetrate the third through hole portion 54a is screwed, and the overhanging portion 23 in the remaining upper left corner portion, lower left corner portion, and upper right corner portion. In the cross-sectional configuration of the vehicle instrument D in the portion, the conductive member 31 is a screw into which a screw portion 91 provided so as to be able to penetrate the first and second through hole portions 23a and 32 (only) is screwed. It has a configuration having a joint portion 31a.
