従来からアイカラーやフェイスパウダー等の粉末化粧料の剤型として、ルースタイプや、固形粉末化粧料が知られている。特に固形粉末化粧料は、その使用性や簡便性の面から広く支持されているが、一般に均一分散した粉末を化粧皿に圧縮成型した固形物であり、その外観表面は単調なものとなっている。そこで、造粒組成物を複数色組み合わせることにより、審美性の高い固形粉末化粧料を得られることが知られている。さらに、化粧料としての審美性や使用時の華やかさを高めるために、パール剤等を含有させる品質を求められることがある。しかしながら、造粒組成物にパール剤等の板状粉体を多量に含有させることで成形性が低下するといった問題があった。このような問題を解決するために、結晶セルロース又はセルロース誘導体とタルクを組み合わせ押し出し造粒法により化粧品用造粒組成物を得る技術(特許文献1)、結晶セルロースを含有する粉末組成物を湿式成型法で固形粉末化粧料を得ることで、耐衝撃性に優れる技術(特許文献2)、顔料と油剤の粉体組成物にバインダーとして水溶性高分子を使用し、相異なる複数色の造粒組成物を圧縮成型してなるマーブル調の粉末メイクアップ化粧料を得る技術(特許文献3)、色の異なる造粒した粉体組成物をスラリー状の粉体分散液に加え、多色粉末固形化粧料を得る技術(特許文献4)等が知られている。 Loose types and solid powder cosmetics have been known as the formulations of powder cosmetics such as eye colors and face powders. To solve these problems, there are known techniques for obtaining a granulated cosmetic composition by combining crystalline cellulose or a cellulose derivative with talc and carrying out an extrusion granulation method (Patent Document 1), a technique for obtaining a solid powder cosmetic product with excellent impact resistance by subjecting a powder composition containing crystalline cellulose to a wet molding method (Patent Document 2), a technique for obtaining a marbled powder makeup cosmetic product by compressing and molding a granulated composition of multiple different colors using a water-soluble polymer as a binder in a powder composition of pigment and oil (Patent Document 3), and a technique for obtaining a multi-colored solid powder cosmetic product by adding granulated powder compositions of different colors to a slurry-like powder dispersion (Patent Document 4).
しかしながら、特許文献1および2のように、従来一般に使用されてきた繊維径の結晶セルロースを用いる方法では、造粒組成物の成形性が十分ではなく、さらに繊維径の大きさからざらざらとした好ましくない使用感が生じ、使用性に劣るものであった。また、水溶性高分子を用いる特許文献3のような技術では、造粒組成物の成形性が十分ではなく、強度を確保するために多量の水溶性高分子を含有すると、水溶性高分子の皮膜形成により表面が内部に比べて固くなり、崩壊性が低下し、使用性が悪化してしまった。そのため、従来技術では保形性に優れ、ざらつきがなくなめらかな使用感を得られる易崩壊性造粒組成物の具現化は困難であった。 However, in the methods of Patent Documents 1 and 2 using crystalline cellulose with a fiber diameter that has been generally used in the past, the moldability of the granulated composition is insufficient, and furthermore, the large fiber diameter causes a rough and undesirable feeling when used, resulting in poor usability. 表1及び2の結果から明らかなように、本発明の実施例1〜6は、保形性、ざらつきのなさの全ての項目において、比較例より優れたものであった。また、実施例7〜8は、境界の明瞭性、なめらかな使用感の全ての項目において、比較例より優れたものであった。
これに対して、成分(A)セルロース繊維を含有しない比較例1および5では、成型することはできるものの、外的刺激に弱く、保形性に劣るものであった。また、数平均繊維径の大きい結晶セルロースやセルロース末を用いた比較例2、3、6、7では、繊維径の大きさからざらつきが生じてしまい、さらに賦形剤としての効果が低く、保形性に劣るものであった。また、キサンタンガムを用いた比較例4および8は、保形性に劣るものであった。

(製造方法)
A.成分(1)〜(4)を均一に混合する。
B.Aに成分50℃で均一に溶解した(5)〜(8)を加え、均一に混合する。
C.成分(9)を精製水20質量部に溶解し、Bに加えスーパーミキサーで造粒する。
D.Cをスピードミル(スクリーン径2mm)にて粉砕処理し、50℃で8時間の乾燥して平均粒子径2mmの易崩壊性造粒組成物を得た。

B. Add ingredients (5) to (8) uniformly dissolved at 50° C. to A and mix uniformly.
C. Dissolve component (9) in 20 parts by weight of purified water, add to B, and granulate using a super mixer.
D. C was pulverized in a speed mill (screen diameter 2 mm) and dried at 50° C. for 8 hours to obtain an easily disintegrating granulated composition having an average particle diameter of 2 mm.
