Description
(1)本発明の酸素療法システムは、血中酸素濃度値又は動脈血二酸化炭素分圧(PaCO2)値が処方された範囲内に収まるよう、使用者の血中酸素濃度又は動脈血二酸化炭素分圧(PaCO2)に基づいて、吸入用の酸素ガスの流量を制御する酸素供給装置から、経過時間に対する前記酸素ガスの流量値と、前記使用者の血中酸素濃度値又は動脈血二酸化炭素分圧(PaCO2)値のデータを受信し記憶する記憶部と、所定時間の前記データについて、前記酸素ガスの流量ごとに、前記使用者の前記血中酸素濃度又は動脈血二酸化炭素分圧(PaCO2)が前記処方された範囲内にある時間の割合を算出する演算部と、前記演算部により算出された前記時間の割合を表示する表示部とを備えることを特徴とする。
(2)(1)において、前記血中酸素濃度値は、パルスオキシメータにより測定される経皮的動脈血酸素飽和度(SpO2)であることを特徴とする。
(3)(1)又は(2)において、前記酸素供給装置は、酸素濃縮装置であることを特徴とする。
(4)(1)又は(2)において、前記酸素供給装置は、ボンベに充填された高圧酸素ガスを前記酸素ガスとして供給することを特徴とする。
(5)(1)から(4)のいずれかにおいて、前記時間の割合は、ヒストグラム又は円グラフとして前記表示部に表示されることを特徴とする。
(6)(1)から(5)のいずれかにおいて、前記表示部には、前記酸素ガスの流量値、前記使用者の血中酸素濃度値、前記動脈血二酸化炭素分圧(PaCO2)値から選ばれる少なくとも一つについて、前記所定時間に対する時間の割合を示すヒストグラム又は円グラフが表示されることを特徴とする。

Claims (6)
- 血中酸素濃度値又は動脈血二酸化炭素分圧(PaCO2)値が処方された範囲内に収まるよう、使用者の血中酸素濃度又は動脈血二酸化炭素分圧(PaCO2)に基づいて、吸入用の酸素ガスの流量を制御する酸素供給装置から、経過時間に対する前記酸素ガスの流量値と、前記使用者の血中酸素濃度値又は動脈血二酸化炭素分圧(PaCO2)値のデータを受信し記憶する記憶部と、
所定時間の前記データについて、前記酸素ガスの所定の流量値ごとに、前記使用者の前記血中酸素濃度又は動脈血二酸化炭素分圧(PaCO2)が前記処方された範囲内にある時間の割合を算出する演算部と、
前記演算部により算出された前記時間の割合を表示する表示部とを備えることを特徴とする酸素吸入療法システム。 - 前記血中酸素濃度値は、パルスオキシメータにより測定される経皮的動脈血酸素飽和度(SpO2)であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の酸素吸入療法システム。
- 前記酸素供給装置は、酸素濃縮装置であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の酸素吸入療法システム。
- 前記酸素供給装置は、ボンベに充填された高圧酸素ガスを前記酸素ガスとして供給することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の酸素吸入療法システム。
- 前記時間の割合は、ヒストグラム又は円グラフとして前記表示部に表示されることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の酸素吸入療法システム。
- 前記表示部には、前記酸素ガスの流量値について、前記所定時間に対する時間の割合を示すヒストグラム又は円グラフが表示されることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の酸素吸入療法システム。
