Description
Claims (14)
- 金属部品を層ごとに構築する方法であって、
合金の粒子を提供するステップであって、前記合金が、55.5〜75.2重量%のFe、0.5〜3.0重量%のB、17.0〜22.0重量%のCr、0.3〜3.0重量%のMn、2.0〜5.0重量%のSi、0.0〜0.5重量%のC及び5.0〜10.0重量%のNi、並びに、不可避不純物からなる、ステップと、
基材を提供するステップと、
前記合金の粒子を溶融して溶融合金を生成し、前記溶融合金を10 3 〜10 8 K/秒の速度で冷却して前記基材上に1つ以上の固化層を形成するステップであって、前記1つ以上の固化層のそれぞれが3.0〜200.0ミクロンで形成された厚さを有する、ステップと、
前記合金を800〜1200℃の範囲の温度で30〜1000分間、熱処理するステップと、
を含み、
1つ以上の前記固化層は、ASTM G65−04(2010)の手順Aに従って測定して、175mm3以下の耐摩耗性を有する、方法。 - 金属部品を層ごとに構築する方法であって、
合金の粒子を提供するステップであって、前記合金が、54.5〜69.5重量%のFe、0.5〜3.0重量%のB、16.5〜20.5重量%のCr、1.0〜2.5重量%のMn、2.0〜5.0重量%のSi、0.0〜0.5重量%のC及び10.5〜14.0重量%のNi、並びに、不可避不純物からなる、ステップと、
基材を提供するステップと、
前記合金の粒子を溶融して溶融合金を生成し、前記溶融合金を10 3 〜10 8 K/秒の速度で冷却して前記基材上に1つ以上の前記合金の固化層を形成するステップであって、前記1つ以上の固化層のそれぞれが3.0〜200.0ミクロンで形成された厚さを有する、ステップと、
前記合金を800〜1200℃の範囲の温度で30〜1000分間、熱処理するステップと、
を含み、
1つ以上の前記固化層は、ASTM G65−04(2010)の手順Aに従って測定して、175mm 3 以下の耐摩耗性を有する、方法。 - 前記冷却後、前記1つ以上の固化層は、一次樹枝状オーステナイト相を規定する前記元素と、0.1ミクロン未満のラメラ幅を有する初期レベルの樹枝状組織内層状ホウ化物相とを含み、前記熱処理時に、前記ホウ化物相は固まり、前記一次相からの前記元素の0.2ミクロン〜5ミクロンの範囲の直径を有する球状化ホウ化物相への拡散によって成長する、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記基材を除去するステップをさらに含む、請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記溶融が、レーザー又は電子ビームで行われる、請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記溶融が、レーザーで行われる、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記溶融が、電子ビームで行われる、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記熱処理が、真空、不活性ガス雰囲気、還元性ガス雰囲気、又は、不活性ガス及び還元性ガスの混合物を含む雰囲気で行われる、請求項1から7の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記熱処理が、真空で行われる、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記熱処理が、不活性ガス雰囲気で行われる、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記熱処理が、還元性ガス雰囲気で行われる、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記粒子の直径が、15.0〜70.0ミクロンである、請求項1から11の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記粒子の直径が、20.0〜45.0ミクロンである、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記金属部品が、ポンプ又はポンプ部品、バルブ、モールド、ベアリング、切削工具、フィルター又はスクリーンを含む、請求項1から13の何れか一項に記載の方法。
