Claims (5)
- 自動車エンジンの駆動軸(14)を自動車トランスミッションの第1のトランスミッション入力軸(16)及び/又は第2のトランスミッション入力軸(20)に断接するデュアルクラッチであって、
当該デュアルクラッチは、
前記駆動軸(14)を前記第1のトランスミッション入力軸(16)に断接する第1の部分クラッチ(12)を備え、該第1の部分クラッチ(12)は、第1のカウンタプレート(22)と、該第1のカウンタプレート(22)に対して軸方向で変位可能な少なくとも1つの第1の中間プレート(26)と、前記第1のカウンタプレート(22)及び前記第1の中間プレート(26)に対して軸方向で変位可能な第1の圧着プレート(24)であって、該第1の圧着プレート(24)の変位によって、第1のクラッチディスク(30)の第1の摩擦フェーシング(28)を前記第1のカウンタプレート(22)と前記第1の中間プレート(26)との間で締め付けるとともに、前記第1のクラッチディスク(30)の別の第1の摩擦フェーシング(28)を前記第1の中間プレート(26)と前記第1の圧着プレート(24)との間で締め付ける、第1の圧着プレート(24)と、を有し、
前記駆動軸(14)を前記第2のトランスミッション入力軸(20)に断接する第2の部分クラッチ(18)を備え、該第2の部分クラッチ(18)は、第2のカウンタプレート(34)と、該第2のカウンタプレート(34)に対して軸方向で変位可能な少なくとも1つの第2の中間プレート(38)と、前記第2のカウンタプレート(34)及び前記第2の中間プレート(38)に対して軸方向で変位可能な第2の圧着プレート(36)であって、該第2の圧着プレート(36)の変位によって、第2のクラッチディスク(42)の第2の摩擦フェーシング(40)を前記第2のカウンタプレート(34)と前記第2の中間プレート(38)との間で締め付けるとともに、前記第2のクラッチディスク(42)の別の第2の摩擦フェーシング(40)を前記第2の中間プレート(38)と前記第2の圧着プレート(36)との間で締め付ける、第2の圧着プレート(36)と、を有し、
前記第1の圧着プレート(24)を変換なしに変位させる第1の操作ポット(54)を備え、かつ、
前記第2の圧着プレート(36)を変換なしに変位させる第2の操作ポット(58)を備え、
軸方向で前記第1のカウンタプレート(22)が押し付けられる支持ストッパ(108)を備え、前記第1のカウンタプレート(22)は、前記駆動軸(14)に対して軸方向で可動及び/又は傾倒可能であり、前記支持ストッパ(108)は、前記駆動軸(14)によって、又は前記駆動軸(14)に結合される構成部材によって形成されていることを特徴とするデュアルクラッチ。 - 相対回動不能に前記第1のトランスミッション入力軸(16)に結合される前記第1のクラッチディスク(30)を備え、該第1のクラッチディスク(30)は、前記第1のカウンタプレート(22)と前記第1の中間プレート(26)との間の前記第1の摩擦フェーシング(28)及び前記第1の中間プレート(26)と前記第1の圧着プレート(24)との間の前記第1の摩擦フェーシング(28)のために共通の、ディスクダンパとして構成される第1のトーショナルバイブレーションダンパ(32)を有し、及び/又は、
相対回動不能に前記第2のトランスミッション入力軸(20)に結合される前記第2のクラッチディスク(42)を備え、該第2のクラッチディスク(42)は、前記第2のカウンタプレート(34)と前記第2の中間プレート(38)との間の前記第2の摩擦フェーシング(40)及び前記第2の中間プレート(38)と前記第2の圧着プレート(36)との間の前記第2の摩擦フェーシング(40)のために共通の、ディスクダンパとして構成される第2のトーショナルバイブレーションダンパ(44)を有する、
請求項1に記載のデュアルクラッチ。 - 前記第1のカウンタプレート(22)及び前記第2のカウンタプレート(34)に相対回動不能に結合される、前記第1の部分クラッチ(12)及び/又は前記第2の部分クラッチ(18)の少なくとも一部をカバーするクラッチカバー(48)を備え、該クラッチカバー(48)は、取り付け箇所において前記第1のカウンタプレート(22)及び/又は前記第2のカウンタプレート(34)に取り付けられている、請求項1又は2に記載のデュアルクラッチ。
- 前記第1の操作ポット(54)及び/又は前記第2の操作ポット(58)に作用する操作力を加える操作システム(52)を備え、該操作システム(52)は、前記第2のトランスミッション入力軸(20)、トランスミッションハウジング(94)及び/又は前記クラッチカバー(48)に、荷重を導出すべく支持されている、請求項3に記載のデュアルクラッチ。
- 前記駆動軸(14)に相対回動不能に取り付ける軸方向で柔軟なフレックスプレート(92)を備え、該フレックスプレート(92)は、前記第1のカウンタプレート(22)及び/又は前記第2のカウンタプレート(34)に、前記駆動軸(14)により提供されるトルクを導入すべく結合されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載のデュアルクラッチ。
