Claims (10)
- 色彩の異なる第1と第2のプラスチック部材が一体化された眼鏡レンズであって、
第1色彩に着色された視野側の第1部材と、第2色彩に着色された眼球側の第2部材と、を重ね合わせて一体化させる第1工程と、
第1部材の凸表面、又は、第2部材の凹表面から、加工ヘッドを当接するか、又はレーザ光を照射することで、第1工程後のレンズの周辺表面の一部を除去する第2工程と、を有し、
前記第2工程では、レンズの周辺表面の一部を、周縁に向けて緩やかに肉薄化するか、或いは、レンズの周辺表面の一部を、第1部材の凸表面、又は、第2部材の凹表面に略直交する方向に研磨することを特徴とする眼鏡レンズの製造方法。 - 前記第2工程の肉薄化によって形成されるグラデーション部の外方には、
視界側に露出する第2部材か、又は、眼球側に露出する第1部材が、曲線帯状に形成される請求項1に記載の眼鏡レンズの製造方法。 - 前記グラデーション部の外方には、
第1部材の周縁か、又は、第2部材の周縁が、変曲点を有する曲線状に形成されるよう構成されている請求項2に記載の眼鏡レンズの製造方法。 - 前記第2工程の研磨処理によって、
第1部材の周縁と第2部材との間、又は第2部材の周縁と第1部材との間に、境界ラインが形成され、前記境界ラインの内外で、色彩が顕著に変化するよう構成されている請求項1に記載の眼鏡レンズの製造方法。 - 前記境界ラインは、変曲点を有する曲線状に形成されている請求項4に記載の眼鏡レンズの製造方法。
- 前記第2工程の研磨処理によって、第1部材の周縁の内側が、円環帯状に、連続的又は間欠的に除去されることで円環状の帯ラインが形成され、前記帯ラインに色彩の異なる部分が形成される請求項1に記載の眼鏡レンズの製造方法。
- 着色された第1材料を所定曲率に成形するか、或いは、
未着色の第1部材を所定曲率に成形した後、染色または印刷処理によって着色した上で、第1工程に供される請求項1〜6の何れかに記載の眼鏡レンズの製造方法。 - 第2部材は、着色された第2材料を所定曲率に成形するか、或いは、
未着色の第2部材を所定曲率に成形した後、染色又は印刷処理によって着色されている請求項7に記載の眼鏡レンズの製造方法。 - 第1部材と第2部材との間に着色層を設けるか、或いは、第1部材の凸表面に着色層を設けることで第1部材が着色され、
前記第2工程では、
第1部材の凸表面に略直交する方向にプラスチック部材を研磨することで、第1部材の周縁と第2部材との間に境界ラインを形成して、
前記境界ラインの内外で、色彩が顕著に変化するよう構成されている請求項1に記載の眼鏡レンズの製造方法。 - 第2部材の凹表面に、着色層を設けることで第2部材が着色されている請求項9に記載の眼鏡レンズの製造方法。
