Claims (10)
- 生体管腔内の物体を除去するための医療デバイスであって、
内表面に螺旋状の搬送体が設けられている回転可能な管状の駆動シャフトと、
前記駆動シャフトの遠位側に設けられて物体を切削する切削部と、
前記駆動シャフトの内腔に配置されて前記駆動シャフトに対して相対的に回転可能である長尺な抵抗体と、
前記駆動シャフトを回転可能に収容する外シースと、を有し、
前記抵抗体は、前記外シースに対して直接的または間接的に固定されている医療デバイス。 - 前記抵抗体の中心軸に垂直な断面の形状は、非真円である請求項1に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記抵抗体の少なくとも一部の中心軸に垂直な断面の形状は、直交する2方向において1方向へ相対的に長い平板である請求項1に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記抵抗体の中心軸に垂直な断面の形状は、軸方向の所定の範囲内で等しい請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記抵抗体は、中心軸に垂直な断面の形状が異なる第1の抵抗体と第2の抵抗体を有する請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記搬送体の中心軸に垂直な断面の形状は円であり、前記抵抗体の中心軸に垂直な断面の形状は平板である請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記抵抗体は、前記駆動シャフトの遠位側端部から前記搬送体の近位側端部まで延在する請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記搬送体は、螺旋のピッチ間距離が異なる部位を有する請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記搬送体は、第1の搬送体と、前記第1の搬送体の近位側に位置して前記第1の搬送体よりもピッチ間距離が短い第2の搬送体と、を有する請求項8に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記抵抗体は、前記第1の搬送体の遠位側端部から近位側端部まで延在する請求項9に記載の医療デバイス。
