Claims (6)
- 第1の固定接点と第2の固定接点が相互離隔して設けられる固定子;
前記固定子に近い第1方向または前記固定子から遠くなる第2方向に移動可能に備えて、前記第1の固定接点と第2の固定接点に接触して前記固定子と電気的に連結される可動子;及び、
前記可動子を前記第1方向または前記第2方向に移動させるアクチュエータ
を含み、
前記可動子は、
前記第1の固定接点と接触可能に設けられる第1の接触面が形成される第1の可動子部;及び、
前記第2の固定接点と接触可能に設けられる第2の接触面及び第3の接触面が形成される第2の可動子部;
を含み、
前記第1の可動子部には、前記第1の接触面が前記第1の固定接点と平行な平面をなすように形成されて、
前記第2の可動子部には、前記第2の接触面と前記第3の接触面がそれぞれ前記第2の固定接点に対して傾いた斜面をなすように形成され、
前記第2の可動子部は、平面状の金属板のうち前記第2の可動子部に該当する領域を、前記斜面をなすようにプレス加工することで形成されている、
リレー装置。 - 前記第2の接触面と前記第3の接触面は、異なる位置で前記第2の固定接点と接触する
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリレー装置。 - 前記第2の接触面と前記第3の接触面は、前記第2の接触面と前記第3の接触面を区分する仮想線を中心として線対称をなして、それぞれ前記可動子の幅方向端部に向かって上向き斜めに形成される
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリレー装置。 - 前記第2の接触面と前記第3の接触面は、「V」状をなすように斜めに形成される
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリレー装置。 - 前記第2の接触面と前記第3の接触面間の境界部分には中央境界部が形成されて、
前記中央境界部は、前記第2の接触面と前記第3の接触面の間を連結する平面を形成する
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリレー装置。 - 前記固定子と前記可動子間の電気的連結は、前記第1の固定接点に前記第1の接触面が接触して、前記第2の固定接点に前記第2の接触面と前記第3の接触面がそれぞれ接触する3点接触形態からなる
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリレー装置。
