Claims (12)
- 血管アクセス部位を形成するカテーテルシステムであって、
遠位端を含み且つ第1の血管内に挿入されるように構成される細長い本体と、
前記遠位端に近接して前記細長い本体の側部にある出口ポートと、

- 前記撮像アセンブリは、超音波アセンブリ又は光学アセンブリである、請求項1に記載のカテーテルシステム。
- 血管アクセス部位を形成するカテーテルシステムであって、
遠位端を含み且つ第1の血管内に挿入されるように構成される細長い本体と、
該細長い本体の前記遠位端に配置される出口ポートと、
前記出口ポートから外に延び且つ前記第1の血管の壁及び第2の血管の壁を通じて延びることによって血管アクセス部位を形成するように構成される貫通部材と、
該貫通部材を通じて可動に配置される焼灼要素であって、前記血管アクセス部位が形成された後に、前記貫通部材を通じて前記血管アクセス部位内に延びることができる焼灼要素とを含み、
前記細長い本体に連結される撮像アセンブリが、前記細長い本体の前記遠位端を越えて延びる前方平面内で第1の血管の画像データ及び第2の血管の画像データを生成して、前記第1の血管の画像データ及び前記第2の血管の画像データに基づいて血管内の組織の特徴付けをもたらすように構成され、該特徴付けは、前記第1の血管の前記壁と前記第2の血管の前記壁との間の前記血管アクセス部位を識別するために使用可能である、
