Claims (8)
- 互いに対向する1対の端面および前記端面に隣り合う底面を有する本体と、
前記本体の前記1対の端面に配置された平坦な1対の陽極端子と、
前記本体の前記底面にある陰極端子と、
を備え、
前記本体は、
樹脂を含む封止材と、
前記封止材に覆われたコンデンサ素子と、
を備え、
前記コンデンサ素子は、
弁作用金属からなる線状の貫通導体と、
前記貫通導体上にある誘電体層と、
前記誘電体層上にありかつ前記陰極端子と電気的に接続されている陰極側機能層と、
を備え、
前記貫通導体は、当該貫通導体の軸線方向に延びる芯部と、前記芯部の周面を覆いかつ多数の細孔を有する多孔部と、からなり、
前記誘電体層は、前記多孔部の前記細孔の内周面に沿って形成され、
前記芯部の周面のうち前記陰極側機能層と前記陽極端子との間の領域には、前記多孔部にある前記細孔を電気絶縁性樹脂が充填してなる電気絶縁部材が前記芯部に接した状態で設けられており、
前記貫通導体の前記芯部の両端面および前記電気絶縁部材は、前記封止材からそれぞれ露出しており、前記本体の前記1対の端面の各々上において、平坦な前記1対の陽極端子にそれぞれ接触している、
固体電解コンデンサ。 - 前記陰極側機能層は、前記多孔部の前記細孔の少なくとも一部を充填している導電性高分子層を備える、請求項1に記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
- 前記貫通導体は、円柱状である、請求項1または2に記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
- 前記陽極端子は、めっき膜を含む、請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
- 前記陽極端子は、導電性樹脂膜を含む、請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
- 前記多孔部は、線状の前記貫通導体の周面に形成されたエッチング処理部からなる、請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
- 前記本体は、複数個の前記コンデンサ素子を含み、複数個の前記コンデンサ素子は、前記陽極端子および前記陰極端子を介して並列接続されている、請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
- 前記陰極端子は、金属板からなる、請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
