Claims (7)
- オンオフ制御されて誘導性の負荷に流れる電流を制御するスイッチング回路と、
前記負荷に接続されて前記電流を還流するための還流経路を形成する還流ダイオードと、
前記還流ダイオードの出力電圧を測定する第1の電圧測定部と、
前記第1の電圧測定部により測定された前記還流ダイオードの出力電圧に基づいて、前記還流経路の断線を検知する制御部と、を備え、
複数の前記負荷に対して、前記スイッチング回路および前記還流ダイオードをそれぞれ有しており、
複数の前記還流ダイオードの出力は、所定の接続点で互いに電気的に接続されており、
前記第1の電圧測定部は、前記接続点の電圧を測定することで複数の前記還流ダイオードの出力電圧を測定する負荷制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の負荷制御装置において、
前記負荷から前記スイッチング回路に印加される電圧を所定のクランプ電圧以下にクランプするクランプ回路をさらに備え、
前記クランプ回路は、前記還流ダイオードの入力側に接続されており、
前記クランプ電圧は、前記還流経路が断線していないときに前記第1の電圧測定部により測定される前記還流ダイオードの出力電圧よりも高い電圧である負荷制御装置。 - 請求項2に記載の負荷制御装置において、
前記スイッチング回路は、該スイッチング回路をオンオフ制御するための駆動信号が入力される第1の端子と、前記負荷および前記還流ダイオードが接続される第2の端子とを備え、
前記クランプ回路は、前記第1の端子と前記第2の端子との間に接続されている負荷制御装置。 - 請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか一項に記載の負荷制御装置において、
前記負荷の端子電圧を測定する第2の電圧測定部をさらに備える負荷制御装置。 - 請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか一項に記載の負荷制御装置において、
前記制御部は、前記スイッチング回路をオンオフ制御するための駆動信号を前記スイッチング回路に出力し、
前記還流経路の断線を検知した場合に、前記制御部は、前記駆動信号を変化させる負荷制御装置。 - 請求項5に記載の負荷制御装置において、
前記制御部は、前記スイッチング回路をPWM制御するためのPWM信号を前記駆動信号として出力し、
前記還流経路の断線を検知した場合に、前記制御部は、前記PWM信号のデューティを変化させる負荷制御装置。 - 請求項1から請求項6までのいずれか一項に記載の負荷制御装置において、
前記負荷は、電池から供給される電力を用いて動作する動作システムに前記電池を接続するためのコンタクタの切替状態を変化させるコイルであり、
前記制御部は、前記電池の監視を行うための電池監視機能を有する負荷制御装置。
