前記第1構造部材および前記第2構造部材を貫通して締結し、絶縁体で構成される締結部材と、

前記第1内側層は、前記第1外側層よりも前記第2構造部材側に位置し、導電性複合材で構成され、前記第2構造部材側の表面に導電性の第1導電面が形成され、
前記第2内側層は、前記第2外側層よりも前記第1構造部材側に位置し、導電性複合材で構成され、前記第1構造部材側の表面に、前記第1導電面に当接しつつ前記第1導電面外に延びる導電性の第2導電面が形成される締結構造。
