Claims (11)
- 一体型インサータであって、
上部と、
回転位置あわせにより、前記上部に対して係止する底部と、
前記上部および前記底部の間に設置される針ハブおよび針と、
前記針ハブおよび前記上部の間に配設され、解放時に前記針ハブおよび針を下方位置に押すように形作られたばねであって、前記針を制御された速度で皮膚内に挿入するように形作られた前記ばねと、
前記針ハブを上方位置に解放可能に固定し、前記針ハブに対して回転させた時に、前記針ハブが前記上方位置から解放するように形作られた解放機構と
を備えることを特徴とする一体型インサータ。 - 前記解放機構は、
回転可能な本体および前記回転可能な本体から延在する少なくとも1本のアームを備え、
前記回転可能な本体は、前記針ハブと干渉し、前記針ハブを上方位置に解放可能に固定するように形作られた少なくとも1つの開口部を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の一体型インサータ。 - チューブセット連結器をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の一体型インサータ。
- 前記ばねは、約38mmの長さおよび約0.05N/mmの定数を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の一体型インサータ。
- 前記上方位置では、前記ばねの長さは、約6.5mmであり、力F Upは、以下の公式:

を備えることを特徴とする一体型インサータ。 - 前記解放機構は、前記針ハブを前記上方位置に解放可能に固定するように形作られた、回転可能な本体および前記回転可能な本体から延在する少なくとも1本のアームを備え、
前記回転可能な本体は、前記針ハブと干渉し、前記針ハブを上方位置に解放可能に固定するように形作られた少なくとも1つの開口部を含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の一体型インサータ。 - チューブセット連結器をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の一体型インサータ。
