Claims (9)
- 混合粉体の混合度を測定する粉体混合度測定装置であって、
第一フィーダから供給される粉体と第二フィーダから供給される粉体とを略上下方向の軸を中心として回転し混合する第一混合部材、及びその粉体の少なくとも一部を貯留する貯留部を有する第一混合装置と、
前記第一混合装置により混合された粉体に第三フィーダから供給される滑沢剤を加えた上で略水平方向の軸を中心として回転し混合する第二混合部材を有する第二混合装置と、
臼孔内の混合粉体を杵により圧縮して成形品を成形する粉体圧縮成形機の臼孔に粉体を充填する充填装置に、前記第一混合装置及び前記第二混合装置により混合した混合粉体を排出する排出部と、
前記混合粉体を前記排出部に移動させる複数の移動部と、
前記移動部における前記混合粉体の混合度を測定するセンサと
を具備する粉体混合度測定装置。 - 混合粉体の混合度を測定する粉体混合度測定装置であって、
第一フィーダから供給される粉体と第二フィーダから供給される粉体とを略上下方向の軸を中心として回転し混合する第一混合部材、及びその粉体の少なくとも一部を貯留する貯留部を有する第一混合装置と、
前記第一混合装置により混合された粉体に第三フィーダから供給される滑沢剤を加えた上で略水平方向の軸を中心として回転し混合する第二混合部材を有する第二混合装置と、
臼孔内の混合粉体を杵により圧縮して成形品を成形する粉体圧縮成形機の臼孔に粉体を充填する充填装置に、前記第一混合装置及び前記第二混合装置により混合した混合粉体を排出する排出部と、
前記混合粉体を前記排出部に移動させる複数の移動部と、
前記移動部に前記混合粉体を供給する供給部と、
前記供給部における前記混合粉体の混合度を測定するセンサと
を具備する粉体混合度測定装置。 - 前記第一混合装置及び前記第二混合装置により混合した混合粉体の混合度が所定範囲外の場合に当該混合粉体を排除する粉体排除部を具備する請求項1又は2記載の粉体混合度測定装置。
- 前記粉体排除部が前記混合粉体のサンプリングを行うものである請求項3記載の粉体混合度測定装置。
- 前記第二混合装置は、前記第一混合装置により混合された粉体が供給される第一供給口と、前記第二混合部材の回転を通じて粉体が移動する方向に沿って前記第一供給口よりも下流側にあり前記第三フィーダからもたらされる滑沢剤が供給される第二供給口とを備えている請求項1乃至4いずれか記載の粉体混合度測定装置。
- 請求項1乃至5いずれか記載の粉体混合度測定装置と、
前記排出部から排出され供給される前記混合粉体を臼孔内の混合粉体を杵により圧縮して成形品を成形する粉体圧縮成形機の臼孔に充填するものであり、前記混合粉体の混合度を測定するセンサを備える充填装置と
を具備する粉体混合供給システム。 - 混合した粉体を用いて粉体圧縮成形機により圧縮成形品を製造する方法であって、
第一フィーダから供給される粉体と第二フィーダから供給される粉体とを略上下方向の軸を中心として回転する第一混合部材により混合する第一混合工程と、
前記第一混合工程を経由した前記粉体に第三フィーダから供給される滑沢剤を加えた上で略水平方向の軸を中心として回転する第二混合部材により混合する第二混合工程と、
前記第二混合工程後に、前記混合した粉体の混合度をセンサにより測定する測定工程と、
前記測定工程後、上杵、下杵及び臼孔を備える粉体圧縮成形機の臼孔に前記混合した粉体を充填する充填工程と、
前記充填工程後に、上杵及び下杵により臼孔内に充填された前記混合した粉体を圧縮成形する圧縮成形工程と
を具備する圧縮成形品を製造する方法。 - 前記測定工程後に、測定した粉体の混合度が所定範囲外の場合、当該粉体を排除する排除工程を具備する請求項7記載の圧縮成形品を製造する方法。
- 前記第二混合工程にて、前記第一混合工程により混合された粉体が第一供給口に供給されるとともに、前記第二混合部材の回転を通じて粉体が移動する方向に沿って前記第一供給口よりも下流側にある第二供給口に前記第三フィーダからもたらされる滑沢剤が供給される請求項7又は8記載の圧縮成形品を製造する方法。
