Claims (5)
- 動力源として機能するエンジン及び回転機と、前記動力源と駆動輪との間の動力伝達経路の一部を構成すると共に複数の係合装置が選択的に係合されることで変速が実行される自動変速機と、前記回転機に対して電力を授受する蓄電装置とを備えたハイブリッド車両の、制御装置であって、
前記自動変速機の変速時、前記自動変速機の入力回転部材の回転状態を表す値が目標値となるように、前記エンジンの出力トルクと前記係合装置の伝達トルクとに基づいて前記自動変速機への入力トルクを前記回転機によって制御するハイブリッド制御部と、
前記自動変速機のパワーオンダウンシフト時において、前記自動変速機の入力回転部材の回転状態を表す値が前記目標値となるように制御されると前記エンジンの回転速度が前記自動変速機のパワーオンダウンシフト後の前記エンジンの回転速度の同期回転速度である所定回転速度を超えることが予測されるか否かを判定する吹き上がり判定部と、
前記自動変速機のパワーオンダウンシフト時において、前記エンジンの回転速度が前記所定回転速度を超えることが予測される場合には、前記エンジンの出力トルクを前記エンジンの回転速度が前記所定回転速度を超えないようにする所定トルク以下となるように制限すると共に、前記エンジンの出力トルクの制限を、前記自動変速機のパワーオンダウンシフトに伴う前記自動変速機の入力回転部材の回転速度の変化開始時に開始する出力制限部と
を、含むことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記吹き上がり判定部は、前記自動変速機への入力トルクの基になる前記回転機の出力トルクを制限する前記蓄電装置のパワーの制限の状態、前記自動変速機のパワーオンダウンシフト時における前記エンジンの回転速度の変化量、及び車速のうちの少なくとも1つに基づいて、前記エンジンの回転速度が前記所定回転速度を超えることが予測されるか否かを判定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記出力制限部は、前記自動変速機への入力トルクの基になる前記回転機の出力トルクを制限する前記蓄電装置のパワーの制限の状態、前記自動変速機のパワーオンダウンシフト時における前記エンジンの回転速度の変化量、及び車速のうちの少なくとも1つに基づいて、前記所定トルクを設定することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記出力制限部は、前記エンジンの出力トルクの制限を、前記自動変速機のパワーオンダウンシフトが完了したときに、又は、前記パワーオンダウンシフトの進行度が所定進行度に到達したときに、又は、前記パワーオンダウンシフトの制御開始時から所定時間経過したときに、又は、前記パワーオンダウンシフトに伴う前記自動変速機の入力回転部材の回転速度の変化開始時から第2所定時間経過したときに、終了することを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記ハイブリッド車両は、前記エンジンが動力伝達可能に連結された第1回転要素と第1回転機が動力伝達可能に連結された第2回転要素と中間伝達部材が連結された第3回転要素とを有する差動機構を備えるものであり、
前記回転機は、前記中間伝達部材に動力伝達可能に連結された第2回転機であり、
前記自動変速機は、前記中間伝達部材と前記駆動輪との間の動力伝達経路の一部を構成すると共に前記複数の係合装置のうちの所定の係合装置の係合によって複数のギヤ段のうちの何れかのギヤ段が形成される有段変速機であり、
前記蓄電装置は、前記第1回転機及び前記第2回転機の各々に対して電力を授受するものであり、
変速前の前記ギヤ段を形成する前記所定の係合装置のうちの解放側係合装置の解放と変速後の前記ギヤ段を形成する前記所定の係合装置のうちの係合側係合装置の係合とを制御することで前記有段変速機にて形成される前記ギヤ段を切り替える変速制御部を更に備えており、
前記ハイブリッド制御部は、前記有段変速機の変速時、前記第2回転機の角加速度と前記エンジンの角加速度とが各々の目標値となるように、前記エンジンの出力トルクと、前記解放側係合装置及び前記係合側係合装置のうちの変速を進行させる側の変速進行側係合装置の伝達トルクとに基づいて、前記第1回転機の出力トルクと前記第2回転機の出力トルクとを制御することを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
