Claims (17)

前記複数のゲートラインは第1方向に延び且つ第2方向に間隔を置いて配列され、
前記複数のデータラインは前記第2方向に延び且つ前記第1方向に間隔を置いて配列され、
前記複数のデータラインと前記複数のゲートラインとは絶縁され、隣接する2つのゲートラインと隣接する2つのデータラインとの交差箇所に画素領域が形成され、前記画素領域内に画素スイッチが設けられ、前記タッチパネルディスプレイの駆動回路は、前記データラインと前記データライン駆動ユニットとの間にあるデータラインスイッチをさらに含み、
前記データラインスイッチは電圧比較器を含み、前記電圧比較器の同相入力端子が前記データライン駆動ユニットに電気的に接続され、前記電圧比較器の逆相入力端子が接地され、前記電圧比較器の出力端子が前記データラインを介して前記画素スイッチに電気的に接続され、
前記データライン駆動ユニットがデータ信号を出力しない場合、前記データラインスイッチの出力が高抵抗状態であり、前記データライン駆動ユニットと前記画素スイッチとが切断されるタッチパネルディスプレイの駆動回路。 - 前記データライン駆動ユニットがデータ信号を出力する場合、前記データラインスイッチが導通し、前記データライン駆動ユニットと前記画素スイッチとが通路を形成する請求項1に記載のタッチパネルディスプレイの駆動回路。
- 各前記画素領域は3つの画素スイッチを備え、前記3つの画素スイッチはそれぞれ赤サブ画素、緑サブ画素及び青サブ画素を制御する請求項1に記載のタッチパネルディスプレイの駆動回路。
- 画像制御ユニット及び3つの画素選択スイッチをさらに備え、各前記画素選択スイッチは1つの前記画素スイッチと前記データラインスイッチとの間にあり、前記画像制御ユニットは前記画素選択スイッチの導通又は遮断を制御し、前記画素選択スイッチが導通する場合、前記画素選択スイッチに対応する画素スイッチがオンになる請求項3に記載のタッチパネルディスプレイの駆動回路。
- 前記画素スイッチは第1薄膜トランジスタを備え、前記画素選択スイッチは第2薄膜トランジスタを備え、前記第1薄膜トランジスタのゲートが前記ゲートラインに電気的に接続され、前記第1薄膜トランジスタのソースが第2薄膜トランジスタのドレインに電気的に接続され、前記第1薄膜トランジスタのドレインがキャパシタに電気的に接続され、前記第2薄膜トランジスタのゲートが前記画像制御ユニットに電気的に接続され、前記第2薄膜トランジスタのソースが前記データライン駆動ユニットに電気的に接続される請求項4に記載のタッチパネルディスプレイの駆動回路。
- 前記第1薄膜トランジスタは、PMOS薄膜トランジスタ、NMOS薄膜トランジスタ又はCMOS薄膜トランジスタであり、前記第2薄膜トランジスタは、PMOS薄膜トランジスタ、NMOS薄膜トランジスタ又はCMOS薄膜トランジスタである請求項5に記載のタッチパネルディスプレイの駆動回路。

- 前記キャパシタは液晶キャパシタ及び蓄積キャパシタを含み、前記液晶キャパシタは一端が前記第1薄膜トランジスタのドレインに電気的に接続され、他端が共通電極に接続され、前記蓄積キャパシタは一端が前記第1薄膜トランジスタのドレインに電気的に接続され、他端が共通電極に接続される請求項12に記載のタッチパネルディスプレイ。
- タッチパネルディスプレイを含む電子機器であって、
前記タッチパネルディスプレイは、
データライン駆動ユニット、複数のゲートライン及び複数のデータラインを含み、
前記データライン駆動ユニットはデータ信号を生成して、前記複数のデータラインに提供することに用いられ、
前記複数のゲートラインは第1方向に延び且つ第2方向に間隔を置いて配列され、
前記複数のデータラインは前記第2方向に延び且つ前記第1方向に間隔を置いて配列され、
前記複数のデータラインと前記複数のゲートラインとは絶縁され、隣接する2つのゲートラインと隣接する2つのデータラインとの交差箇所に画素領域が形成され、前記画素領域内に画素スイッチが設けられ、前記タッチパネルディスプレイの駆動回路は、前記データラインと前記データライン駆動ユニットとの間にあるデータラインスイッチをさらに含み、
前記データラインスイッチは電圧比較器を備え、前記電圧比較器の同相入力端子が前記データライン駆動ユニットに電気的に接続され、前記電圧比較器の逆相入力端子が接地され、前記電圧比較器の出力端子が前記データラインを介して前記画素スイッチに電気的に接続され、
前記データライン駆動ユニットがデータ信号を出力しない場合、前記データラインスイッチの出力が高抵抗状態であり、前記データライン駆動ユニットと前記画素スイッチとが切断される電子機器。 - 前記データライン駆動ユニットがデータ信号を出力する場合、前記データラインスイッチが導通し、前記データライン駆動ユニットと前記画素スイッチとが通路を形成する請求項15に記載の電子機器。
- 各前記画素領域は3つの画素スイッチを備え、前記3つの画素スイッチはそれぞれ赤サブ画素、緑サブ画素及び青サブ画素を制御する請求項15に記載の電子機器。
