Description
CEW=(OHEWポリオール+(43×カルバメート転化率))÷カルバメート転化率)、式中、カルバメート転化率とは次式を使用して求められた比である。
カルバメート転化率=(OH#ポリオール−OH#ポリカルバメート)÷OH#ポリオール
Claims (9)
- 全固形分を基準として、0.1〜1重量%の、アニオン性基を含む一価金属化合物またはアルカリ金属化合物である1種以上の触媒(i)と、1種以上の尿素化合物と、1種以上のポリオールを含み、前記尿素化合物のモルと前記1種以上のポリオール中のヒドロキシル基のモル当量の比(尿素:OH)は0.3:1〜2.5:1の範囲であり、並びに、前記触媒(i)は、炭酸セシウム、リチウム−2−エチルヘキサノエート、2,2,6,6−テトラメチル−3,5−ヘプタンジオネートセシウム、セシウムトリフルオロアセテート、銅(I)トリフルオロメタンスルホネート錯体(2:1)およびこれらの混合物から選択される、
カルバミル化組成物。 - 前記1種以上のポリオールはアクリル系ポリオールである、請求項1に記載のカルバミル化組成物。
- 全固形分を基準として、0.25〜0.75重量%の前記1種以上の触媒(i)を含む
、請求項1または2に記載のカルバミル化組成物。 - 前記尿素化合物のモルと前記1種以上のポリオール中のヒドロキシル基のモル当量の比は1未満:1の範囲である、請求項1または2に記載のカルバミル化組成物。
- イソシアネート基を実質的に含まない、請求項1または2に記載のカルバミル化組成物。
- 前記カルバミル化組成物中のヒドロキシル基の全モル当量およびイソシアネート基の全モル数を基準にして、イソシアネート基の量は1モル%未満である、請求項5に記載のカルバミル化組成物。
- 前記1種以上の尿素化合物は、尿素、ビウレット、トリウレット、N−置換C1〜C6アルキル尿素、例えば、N−メチル尿素またはN−エチル尿素、およびこれらの混合物である、請求項1または2に記載のカルバミル化組成物。
- 前記1種以上のポリオールはアクリル系ポリオールおよびアルキドポリオールから選択される、請求項1に記載のカルバミル化組成物。
- ポリカルバメートを調製するために、1種以上の尿素化合物/水を、前記1種以上の触媒(i)および1種以上のポリオールが入った反応容器へとゆっくりと添加し、反応混合物を生成させることと、100〜180℃の温度まで加熱してポリカルバメートを生成させることとを含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のカルバミル化組成物の使用方法。
