Description
前記収容室を画成する最内層と、
該最内層の外側に配置される最外層と、
前記最内層と前記最外層との間に配置され、吸湿性無機フィラーを含有する吸湿層とを備え、
前記最内層は、MFRが2.0未満の材料からなることを特徴とする。
該第1吸湿層の外側に配置され、硫酸マグネシウムを含有する第2吸湿層とを有することが好ましい。
これらのうち、モレキュラーシーブは、結晶性ゼオライトであって次の一般式(1)で表される。
M2/nO・Al2O3・xSiO2・yH2O・・・(1)
但し、M:金属カチオン、n:原子価
なお、Mとして例えばナトリウム等を採用することができる。
本発明に従う実施例1〜5の調湿容器と、最内層の構成のみが異なる比較例1〜3の調湿容器を形成し、本発明の効果を確認するための試験を行った。実施例および比較例の調湿容器は、図1に示す形状で重量が約14g、収容室の容積が100mlであり、サプリメント等の錠剤を内容物として収容室に収容可能なものとした。実施例および比較例の、第1吸湿層、第2吸湿層、最外層、中間層それぞれの材料およびMFRは表1に示す通りである。

Claims (5)
- 内容物が収容される収容室を有するとともに底部にピンチオフ部を有する合成樹脂製の調湿容器であって、その壁部は、
前記収容室を画成する最内層と、
該最内層の外側に配置される最外層と、
前記最内層と前記最外層との間に配置され、吸湿性無機フィラーを含有する吸湿層とを備え、
前記最内層は、MFRが2.0未満の材料からなり、
前記最内層の厚さは前記最外層の厚さ及び前記吸湿層の厚さよりも小さく、
前記ピンチオフ部における前記最内層の層厚が、前記壁部の厚さの4%以上であることを特徴とする、調湿容器。 - 前記ピンチオフ部の厚さが、350μm以上である、請求項1に記載の調湿容器。
- 前記最内層は、ポリエチレンからなることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の調湿容器。
- 前記吸湿層が、酸化カルシウムを含有する第1吸湿層と、
該第1吸湿層の外側に配置され、硫酸マグネシウムを含有する第2吸湿層とを有する、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の調湿容器。 - 前記第1吸湿層と前記第2吸湿層の間に、吸湿性無機フィラーを含有しない中間層が配置されている、請求項4に記載の調湿容器。
