Description
Claims (14)

放出デバイス(24)が、物体(40)を付加により製造するために、印刷材料(42)の目標位置に印刷材料(42)を配置するように構成され、
印刷ヘッド(22)の実際の位置および印刷ヘッド(22)の瞬間速度が、位置測定ユニット(20)により継続的に決定されることと、
印刷材料(42)が、継続的に決定された印刷ヘッド(22)の実際の位置と、継続的に決定された印刷ヘッド(22)の瞬間速度とに応じて、放出デバイス(24)により印刷材料(42)の目標位置に配置されることと
を特徴とする、物体(40)を製造する方法。 - 誤って適切に配置されていない印刷材料(42)が硬化される前に、誤って適切に配置されていない印刷材料(42)が検出および再印刷されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 印刷材料(42)が、放射によりまたは熱的手段により、位置選択的手法により、または全エリアにわたって硬化されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 印刷材料(42)の硬化が、印刷材料(42)の1つの層の配置後、印刷材料(42)の複数の層の配置後、または印刷中に直接実行されることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。

d)物体(40)の縁部の鋭さと表面品質とが、体積流量を調節することにより再調節されること、および/または、
e)物体(40)の寸法安定性は、放出デバイスの移動技法を調節することにより再調節されること
を特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 印刷ヘッド(22)および/または物体(40)が配置されるベースプレート(30)の位置が、正確な位置をとるために、継続的に決定された印刷ヘッド(22)の実際の位置に応じて再調節されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。

3D印刷デバイスが、位置測定ユニット(20)を有し、位置測定ユニット(20)により、印刷ヘッド(22)の実際の位置が継続的に決定可能であり、
位置測定ユニット(20)が、放出デバイス(24)の制御ユニット(14)に接続され、
放出デバイス(24)が、継続的に決定された印刷ヘッド(22)の実際の位置と、継続的に決定された印刷ヘッド(22)の瞬間速度とに応じて、印刷材料(42)の目標位置に印刷材料(42)を配置するように構成された、
3D印刷デバイス(10)。 - 放出デバイス(24)が、制御ユニット(14)により作動される少なくとも1つのジェッティングノズル(28)、および/またはディスペンサー(26)を有することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の3D印刷デバイス(10)。
- 位置測定ユニット(20)が、モーターにおける少なくとも1つのステップカウンター、ロータリーエンコーダ、光学スケール、特にガラススケール、GPSセンサー、レーダーセンサー、超音波センサー、LIDARセンサー、および/または少なくとも1つの遮光体を含むことを特徴とする、請求項10または11に記載の3D印刷デバイス(10)。
- 3D印刷デバイス(10)が、印刷される物体(40)のテンプレートを含む主制御装置(12)を有し、放出デバイス(24)の制御ユニット(14)と主制御装置(12)とが、互いに双方向通信のために構成されることを特徴とする、請求項10から12のいずれか一項に記載の3D印刷デバイス(10)。
- 3D印刷デバイス(10)が、継続的に決定された印刷ヘッド(22)の実際の位置と、継続的に決定された印刷ヘッド(22)の瞬間速度とに応じて印刷材料(42)を配置するように構成された、印刷ヘッド(22)に割り当てられた複数の放出デバイス(24)を有することを特徴とする、請求項10から13のいずれか一項に記載の3D印刷デバイス(10)。
