Claims (8)
- 基端に基端開口(38、120、190)を有し、ガスケット(16、96、166)が前記基端開口(38、120、190)から挿入される中空の胴部(18、100、172)を備えたシリンジ用外筒(12、92、162)であって、
前記胴部(18、100、172)の内周部は、軸方向の主要領域において、基端から先端に向かって内径が漸増するテーパ部(28)を有し、
前記胴部(18、100、172)の前記内周部において、前記胴部(18、100、172)の長さの50%以上が前記テーパ部(28)である、
ことを特徴とするシリンジ用外筒(12、92、162)。 - 請求項1記載のシリンジ用外筒(12、92、162)において、
前記胴部(18、100、172)の前記内周部における軸方向の略全域が前記テーパ部(28)である、
ことを特徴とするシリンジ用外筒(12、92、162)。 - 請求項1又は2記載のシリンジ用外筒(12、92、162)において、
前記テーパ部(28)は、基端の内径(d2)と先端の内径(d1)との差が0.01〜0.07mmである、
ことを特徴とするシリンジ用外筒(12、92、162)。 - 請求項1又は2記載のシリンジ用外筒(12、92、162)において、
前記胴部(18、100、172)の軸方向の長さは、50〜60mmであり、
前記テーパ部(28)の基端の内径(d2)と先端の内径(d1)との差が、0.02〜0.05mmである、
ことを特徴とするシリンジ用外筒(12、92、162)。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のシリンジ用外筒(12、92、162)において、
前記胴部(18、100、172)の内周部には、前記テーパ部(28)の先端側に、内径が一定の先端側ストレート部(30)を介して湾曲部(34、118、188)が設けられる、
ことを特徴とするシリンジ用外筒(12、92、162)。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のシリンジ用外筒(12、92、162)において、
前記胴部(18、100、172)の内周部には、前記テーパ部(28)の基端側に、内径が一定の基端側ストレート部(32)を介して湾曲部(40、122、192)が設けられる、

ことを特徴とするシリンジ用外筒(12、92、162)。 - 基端に基端開口(38、120、190)を有し、ガスケット(16、96、166)が前記基端開口(38、120、190)から挿入される中空の胴部(18、100、172)を備えたシリンジ用外筒(12、92、162)を射出成形するための射出成形用金型(50、126、196)であって、
前記シリンジ用外筒(12、92、162)の外面を成形する凹部を有する雌金型(52、128、198)と、
前記胴部(18、100、172)の内周面を成形する胴部成形部(66、142a、212a)が設けられたコア(65、142、212)を有する雄金型(54、130、200)と、を備え、
前記コア(65、142、212)の前記胴部成形部(66、142a、212a)は、基端に前記基端開口(38、120、190)を成形する開口成形部(68、142b、212b)を有し、軸方向の主要領域において、基端から先端に向かって外径が漸増するテーパ成形部(67)を有し、
