Description
Claims (17)
- SiO2 75から85wt%と、
B2O3 5から15wt%と、
Al2O3 0から5wt%と、
R2O 1から7wt%(ここで、Rは、Li、Na及びKのうち少なくとも一つ)と、
Fe2O3<0.005wt%と、を含み、
0.5以上の酸化還元比を有する、
ホウケイ酸ガラス。 - 前記酸化還元比が、0.5から0.8である、
請求項1に記載のホウケイ酸ガラス。 - 0.1wt%以下の炭素がさらに含まれた、
請求項1または2に記載のホウケイ酸ガラス。 - 0.001から0.05wt%の硫黄成分がさらに含まれた、
請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のホウケイ酸ガラス。 - 色差調節のための転移金属成分を含まない、
請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のホウケイ酸ガラス。 - 前記転移金属成分が、NiO、CuO、Cr2O3、V2O5またはMnOである、
請求項5に記載のホウケイ酸ガラス。 - K2O>0.1wt%である、
請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のホウケイ酸ガラス。 - 清澄剤としてSO3またはClを0から0.5wt%さらに含む、
請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のホウケイ酸ガラス。 - 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のホウケイ酸ガラスを含む、
導光板。 - 500mm導光時において、XYZ色空間におけるx方向の色差(ΔCx)及びy方向の色差(ΔCy)が+0.015から−0.015である、
請求項9に記載の導光板。 - 500mm導光時において、XYZ色空間におけるx方向の色差(ΔCx)及びy方向の色差(ΔCy)が+0.010から−0.010である、
請求項10に記載の導光板。 - SiO2 75から85wt%と、
B2O3 5から15wt%と、
Al2O3 0から5wt%と、
R2O 1から7wt%(ここで、Rは、Li、Na及びKのうち少なくとも一つ)と、
Fe2O3<0.005wt%と、
を含むようにガラス原料を組み合わせて溶融する段階と、
溶融したガラス原料を溶融錫フロートバスを用いるフロート法によって成形する段階と、
を含む、
0.5以上の酸化還元比を有する
ホウケイ酸ガラスの製造方法。 - 前記酸化還元比が、0.5から0.8である、
請求項12に記載のホウケイ酸ガラスの製造方法。 - 前記ガラス原料に0.1wt%以下の炭素をさらに含ませる、
請求項12または13に記載のホウケイ酸ガラスの製造方法。 - 前記ガラス原料に0.001から0.05wt%の硫黄成分をさらに含ませる、
請求項12から14のいずれか1項に記載のホウケイ酸ガラスの製造方法。 - 前記溶融したガラス原料の酸化還元比を維持しながら前記ホウケイ酸ガラスを成形した後、
徐冷する、
請求項12から15のいずれか1項に記載のホウケイ酸ガラスの製造方法。 - 前記徐冷するときの速度は、10℃/分から40℃/分にする、
請求項16に記載のホウケイ酸ガラスの製造方法。
