Description
図1に示された本実施形態の気泡発生装置1は、転倒室式間欠気泡発生方式を採用し、水槽10内の液相に大気泡a2を間欠的に発生させる。
気泡発生装置1は、図5に示されたように、膜分離装置20の気泡拡散防止壁24と併用して利用することも可能である。
図6に示された本実施形態の気泡発生装置1は、実施形態1の態様において、さらに、気泡導入壁26と併用することにより、大気泡a2を膜分離装置20内の特定領域への間欠的且つ交互に集中的に供給させる。
気泡発生装置1は下水処理場の嫌気槽や無酸素槽の撹拌装置として適用できる。

Claims (6)
- 液相に大気泡を間欠的に発生させる気泡発生装置であって、
空気を連続供給する気体供給部材と、
この気体供給部材により液相に生じた気泡を貯留する気泡貯留容器と、
この気泡貯留容器を往復旋回させる旋回軸と、
前記気泡貯留容器の内部に前記旋回軸の軸方向に設置されて当該内部を前記往復旋回により前記気泡が振り分けられる一対の気泡貯留室に分割する第一の隔壁と、
前記往復旋回する気泡貯留容器の縁部を受け止める一対の縁部受けと
を備えたことを特徴とする気泡発生装置。 - 液相に大気泡を間欠的に発生させる気泡発生装置であって、
空気を連続供給する気体供給部材と、
この気体供給部材により液相に生じた気泡を貯留する気泡貯留容器と、
この気泡貯留容器を往復旋回させる旋回軸と、
前記気泡貯留容器の内部に前記旋回軸の軸方向に設置されて当該内部を前記往復旋回により前記気泡が振り分けられる一対の気泡貯留室に分割する第一の隔壁と、
前記気泡貯留容器の内部にて前記旋回軸の軸方向に対して垂直に配置されて前記内部をさらに分割する複数の第二の隔壁と
を備え、
前記気泡貯留容器の長手方向に複数分割された内部は、気泡貯留容器内の頂部にて連通したこと
を特徴とする気泡発生装置。 - 前記気泡貯留容器の内部には、前記旋回軸の軸方向に対して垂直に配置されて前記内部をさらに分割する複数の第二の隔壁が備えられたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の気泡発生装置。
- 前記気泡貯留容器の長手方向に複数分割された内部は気泡貯留容器内の頂部にて連通したことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の気泡発生装置。
- 前記旋回軸は、前記第一の隔壁の下端付近にて当該第一の隔壁に設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の気泡発生装置。
- 前記気泡が供される膜分離装置の下端側に配置される気泡拡散防止壁または気泡導入壁、または、前記液相を循環的に供給するドラフトチューブと併用されることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の気泡発生装置。
