Description
また本発明の組成物は、任意成分としてpH調整剤、湿潤剤を含有することができる。
テストサンプルとして、銅素材(銅合金194)の電子部品に電気ニッケルめっき(膜厚2ミクロン)、続いて電気金めっき(膜厚0.026ミクロン)を行ったものを使用した。 下記組成の組成物1を45℃に調整し、テストサンプルを5秒間浸漬し、表面処理を行った。その後脱イオン水でリンスし、エアナイフ及び熱風で乾燥した。
イミダゾールとエピクロロヒドリンから得られるカチオンポリマー(ラシヒケミカルズ製、製品名:ラルプレートIME):20g/L
ポリリン酸ナトリウム(関東化学株式会社製):20g/L

噴霧角度:鉛直線に対し20度
評価方法:肉眼にて所定時間経過後のテストサンプル表面に発生した腐食の状態を確認し、下記判断基準に従ってランク付けを行った。その後10倍の顕微鏡で孔状腐食数(「腐食数」)を数えた。
レベル0:腐食なし
レベル1:テストサンプル表面が腐食しており、腐食は表面の面積の10%未満である
レベル2:テストサンプル表面の面積の10%以上30%未満が腐食している
レベル3:テストサンプル表面の面積の30%以上50%未満が腐食している
レベル4:テストサンプル表面の面積の50%以上が腐食している
組成物の濃度を表1から3に記載の組成に変更した他は実施例1と同様の操作を行い、腐食の程度を評価した。結果を表1から3に併記する。
Claims (6)
- 窒素を含有する複素環化合物と1以上のエポキシ基を含有する化合物を反応させて得られるカチオンポリマー及びリン化合物を含有する、金または金合金の表面の無電解封孔処理用組成物。
- リン化合物がリン酸、ポリリン酸並びにこれらの塩及びリン酸エステルからなる群から選択される少なくとも一種である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 金または金合金の表面の封孔処理剤であって、窒素を含有する複素環化合物と1以上のエポキシ基を含有する化合物を反応させて得られるカチオンポリマー及びリン化合物を含有する、金または金合金の表面の封孔処理剤。
- カチオンポリマーの含有量が0.01から70g/Lであり、リン化合物の含有量が0.01から50g/Lである、請求項3に記載の表面の封孔処理剤。
- リン化合物がリン酸、ポリリン酸並びにこれらの塩及びリン酸エステルからなる群から選択される少なくとも一種である、請求項3に記載の表面の封孔処理剤。
