Description
水酸基を持つ水希釈性ポリウレタン樹脂:前記製造例1によって製造された水希釈性ポリウレタン樹脂を使った。
硬化剤:親水性ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネートトリマー
体質顔料:シリカ(SiO2)
湿潤剤:ポリジメチルシロキサン
スリップ剤:ポリシロキサンポリエーテルコポリマー
消泡剤:ポリオキシエチレン脂肪酸エステル
促進剤:ジブチルスズジラウレート
光安定剤:UV吸収剤とHALS(Hindered Amine Light Stabilizer)混用
増粘剤:ポリウレタン
Claims (11)
- 水酸基を持つ水希釈性ポリウレタン樹脂10〜23.1重量%、水分散性ポリウレタン樹脂20〜40重量%、硬化剤5〜20重量%、体質顔料3〜10重量%、湿潤剤0.1〜5.0重量%、スリップ剤0.1〜3.0重量%、消泡剤0.1〜2.0重量%、硬化促進剤0.01〜2.00重量%、光安定剤0.5〜5.0重量%、増粘剤0.1〜3.0重量%、及び溶剤20〜40重量%を含むことを特徴とする、高弾性水性接着剤組成物。
- 前記水酸基を持つ水希釈性ポリウレタン樹脂は、a)平均官能基の数が2以上であるイソシアネート、b)ジメチルプロピオン酸、c)ポリエステルポリオール、d)溶剤、及びe)中和剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高弾性水性接着剤組成物。
- 前記水酸基を持つ水希釈性ポリウレタン樹脂は、a)前記平均官能基の数が2以上であるイソシアネート1〜10重量%、b)ジメチルプロピオン酸1〜10重量%、c)前記ポリエステルポリオール55〜80重量%、d)前記溶剤5〜20重量%、及びe)前記中和剤1〜5重量%を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の高弾性水性接着剤組成物。
- 前記平均官能基の数が2以上であるイソシアネートは、トルエンジイソシアネート、4,4−ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート、イソホロンジイソシアネート、ジシクロヘキシルメタンジイソシアネート及びこれらから誘導された多官能性イソシアネートからなる群から選択された1種以上であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の高弾性水性接着剤組成物。
- 前記ポリエステルポリオールは、重量平均分子量が、500〜5000であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の高弾性水性接着剤組成物。
- 前記溶剤は、N−メチルピロリドン、アセトン、メチルエチルケトン、ジメチルホルムアミド、グリコールエーテルエステル及び水素化フランからなる群から選択された1種以上であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の高弾性水性接着剤組成物。
- 前記中和剤は、N−メチルジエタノールアミン、トリエタノールアミン又はこれらの混合物であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の高弾性水性接着剤組成物。
- 前記水分散性ポリウレタン樹脂は、ポリアクリルポリオール、ポリエステルポリオール及びポリカーボネートポリオールからなる群から選択された1種以上のポリオールを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高弾性水性接着剤組成物。
- 自動車内装材用プラスチック成形品の表面処理方法であって、
プラスチック成形品上に請求項1〜8のいずれか一項の高弾性水性接着剤組成物を塗布した後、パイルを塗装するフュージョンスエード加工工程を含むことを特徴とする、自動車内装材用プラスチック成形品の表面処理方法。 - 前記高弾性水性接着剤組成物は、30〜40μmの厚さに塗布することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の自動車内装材用プラスチック成形品の表面処理方法。
- 前記パイルは、ナイロン/ポリエステル分割糸であることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の自動車内装材用プラスチック成形品の表面処理方法。
