Description
次に、上記水耕栽培方法の実施例1として、8種類の野菜を用いた実験例について説明する。
次に、上記水耕栽培方法の実施例2として、トマトを用いた実験例について説明する。
次に、上記水耕栽培方法の実施例3として、化学肥料の代わりに緑肥からの有機液体肥料を用いた実験例について説明する。
次に、AMF、PBおよびPPを用いた化学液肥および有機液肥の水耕栽培が数種類の園芸作物の生育に及ぼす影響につき、AMF、PBおよびPPを利用しない慣行水耕栽培と比較した実験例について説明する。
4月22日にミニトマト‘ステラ’、同年6月1日にサラダナをバーミキュライトに播種した直後、上記実施例1と同様に、PB(Pseudomonas sp.(KCIG001)NBRC109613)が共存するAMF(Glomus clarum (IK97))接種源(胞子約900個)を接種した。なお、対照(慣行)区として無接種のものも用意した。
100Lタンクにカラスノエンドウ(同年4月15日採集)約10kgを入れたものを3個用意し、これら各タンクに、筆者らが独自開発した枯草菌(Bacillus属)およびPseudomonas sp.(KCIG001)NBRC109613を主体としたPBを含む培養液約1Lを入れて発酵させ有機液肥(緑肥)を作成した。同年8月29日に、ネギ‘小春’、同年8月31日にシュンギク‘中葉しゅんぎく’を播種し、上記実験1と同様に、AMF+PB接種および無接種の苗を用意した。その後、同年9月13日、上記実験1と同様に、循環式水耕栽培装置2機を用いて、AMF+PB+PPに有機液肥を加え、ECを0.6mS/cmとした有機液肥区を設け、有益微生物を接種した苗を移植した(AMF+PB+PP+有機液肥区)。
Claims (10)
- 作物の水耕栽培方法であって、
パートナー植物または前記作物に菌根菌およびパートナー細菌を接種し、前記パートナー植物または前記作物が前記菌根菌に感染し、
前記パートナー植物及び前記作物を水耕法で生育し、
前記パートナー植物は前記作物間に育ち、
前記パートナー細菌は前記菌根菌と相性が良くて共存し、
前記パートナー植物は前記菌根菌および前記パートナー細菌の生息をしやすくし、
前記パートナー細菌であらかじめ腐熟させた有機物による有機液体肥料を用いる
ことを特徴とする水耕栽培方法。 - 請求項1記載の水耕栽培方法において、
前記接種は、前記水耕法での生育に先だって行われ、
前記菌根菌は、アーバスキュラー菌根菌である
ことを特徴とする水耕栽培方法。 - 請求項1または2記載の水耕栽培方法において、
前記パートナー細菌は、前記菌根菌の胞子内やその胞子周辺に生息するものであり、前記菌根菌の菌糸成長を促進させ、リン溶解能、窒素固定能、および植物病原菌に対する拮抗作用を有する
ことを特徴とする水耕栽培方法。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の水耕栽培方法において、
前記パートナー植物は、前記菌根菌の禁止ネットワーク形成を促進させ、かつ前記パートナー細菌が根周辺で生息しやすく増殖を助け、前記作物の生育に悪影響を及ぼさないものである
ことを特徴とする水耕栽培方法 - 請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の水耕栽培方法において、
前記菌根菌およびパートナー細菌が増殖しやすく、前記作物の根から溶出する植物生長抑制物質を除去できる養液循環方式であって、水温を調整可能な水耕栽培装置を用いる
ことを特徴とする水耕栽培方法。 - 請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の水耕栽培方法において、
前記パートナー細菌は、Bacillus属、Paenibacillus属又はPseudomonas属である
ことを特徴とする水耕栽培方法。 - 請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の水耕栽培方法において、
前記パートナー植物は、菌根植物である
ことを特徴とする水耕栽培方法。 - 請求項5記載の水耕栽培方法において、
前記水耕栽培装置は、ゼオライト又は炭を装備している
ことを特徴とする水耕栽培方法。 - 請求項1〜5記載の水耕栽培方法において、
前記有機物は、緑肥などの有機液体肥料である
ことを特徴とする水耕栽培方法。 - 請求項9記載の水耕栽培方法において、
前記有機液体肥料は、マメ科植物の茎葉又はイネ科植物の茎葉などの有機物を加えて腐熟させたものである
ことを特徴とする水耕栽培方法。
