Claims (2)
- 樹脂製の容器を製造する容器製造装置であって、
複数のキャビティを備えた成形用金型と前記成形用金型の複数の前記キャビティ内に溶融した熱可塑性樹脂を供給する供給機とを備え、前記成形用金型内で熱可塑性樹脂を成形して樹脂製の複数のプリフォームを製造するプリフォーム製造部と、
前記プリフォーム製造部で製造された複数の前記プリフォームを搬送する搬送機と、
複数のキャビティを備えたブロー成形用金型と前記搬送機により搬送されて前記ブロー成形用金型の複数の前記キャビティ内に配置された複数の前記プリフォームに加圧した液体を供給する加圧液体供給機とを備え、複数の前記プリフォームを所定形状の容器に液体ブロー成形するブロー成形部と、
前記プリフォーム製造部と前記ブロー成形部との間に設けられ、前記成形用金型の複数の前記キャビティから取り出された複数の前記プリフォームが前記プリフォーム製造部から前記ブロー成形部に向けた方向に沿って直列に並べて配置されるとともに複数の前記プリフォームを所定の温度に保持するコンディショニングステーションと、を有し、
前記成形用金型が射出成形用金型であり、前記プリフォーム製造部が射出成形により複数の前記プリフォームを一括に製造し、
前記プリフォーム製造部において製造された複数の前記プリフォームを、前記搬送機によって残熱状態のまま前記コンディショニングステーションから前記ブロー成形用金型の複数の前記キャビティにまで直線的な経路で一括に搬送して前記ブロー成形部で一括に液体ブロー成形することを特徴とする容器製造装置。 - 複数の前記プリフォームを、前記搬送機によって前記ブロー成形部における液体ブロー成形に適した温度以上の残熱状態のまま前記ブロー成形用金型の複数の前記キャビティに一括に搬送する、請求項1に記載の容器製造装置。
