Description
いくつかの実施形態によれば、受台118は、生検試料112が受台118に付着しないように、その上面をポリプロピレンまたはポリテトラフルオロエチレンなどの非接着材料で被覆することができる。カメラ110を使用して生検試料の画像を得た後、生検試料112を、受台118から容易に取り除くことができる。
Claims (13)
- 患者の体から生検試料を採取するのを容易にするシステムであって、前記システムは、
a.ユーザに画像を表示するディスプレイと、
b.前記ディスプレイと機能的に関連している、画像処理モジュールを備える処理ユニットと、
c.少なくとも1つの追跡センサと機能的に関連する追跡システムであって、前記追跡センサは、撮像モダリティが備える撮像探針と周知の空間的関係を有し、かつ生検針と周知の空間的関係を有し、
前記追跡システムが、前記処理ユニットと機能的に関連し、且つ、実質的な現実時間において予め選択された座標に沿って前記少なくとも1つの追跡センサの位置及び方向を含む位置データを前記処理ユニットに提供するように構成される、追跡システムと、及び
d.画像をカメラから前記処理ユニットへ転送するための通信チャネルを介して、前記処理ユニットと機能的に関連するカメラであって、
前記カメラが、前記患者の体から採取した生検試料の画像を取得するように構成される、カメラと、
を備え、
前記処理ユニットは、
前記体の外側から直接見ることができない患者の内部の体の部分の画像を取得することができる撮像モダリティから画像データを受信し、
前記追跡システムから受信した前記撮像探針の位置データと対応する画像位置データを、前記撮像モダリティから受信した画像データに割り当て、
前記カメラによって撮影された前記生検試料が採取された時点で、前記追跡システムから受信した前記生検針の位置データと対応する画像位置データを、前記カメラから受信した画像データに割り当て、且つ
生検試料の少なくとも1つの画像から、前記画像処理モジュールを使用して、前記撮像モダリティから受信した画像データと及び前記生検試料と関連する処理画像とを含む結合画像を生成して、前記結合画像をディスプレイ上に表示する、
ように構成される、
システム。 - 前記カメラが、スタンドに機械的に取り付けられ、前記スタンドが、前記カメラが前記生検試料に狙いを定めてその生検試料の画像を得ることができるように、前記生検試料を支持するように構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記スタンドが、前記カメラが生検針に狙いを定めてその上に載った生検試料の画像を得ることができるように、所定の位置で前記生検針を支持するように構成される、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記生検試料に近接して配置される長さスケールをさらに備え、それによって、前記生検試料の画像が、長さスケールを取り入れることができる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 通信チャネルは、双方向性を有しており、前記カメラから前記処理ユニットに画像を移動させることを可能にし、前記処理ユニットから前記カメラにコマンドを転送することを可能にしている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記撮像モダリティが、超音波検査モジュール、および経直腸超音波画像診断探針から成る群から選択される少なくとも1つを備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記処理ユニットが、前記撮像モダリティから受け取った画像データと、前記生検針の場所を指示する合成マークとを含む結合画像を生成するように構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記処理ユニットが、撮像モダリティによって提供される画像データを受け取るように構成されている3Dモデリングモジュールをさらに備え、前記画像データには、対応する画像位置データが割り当てられ、且つ前記3Dモデリングモジュールが、画像位置データが割り当てられる、適切に選択された、臓器の画像データを使用して、前記臓器の仮想3Dモデルを作成するようにさらに構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記処理ユニットが、前記3Dモデリングモジュールによって生成される臓器の仮想3Dモデルと、前記生検針の場所を指示する合成マークとを含む結合画像を生成するように構成される、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記処理ユニットが、前記カメラから受け取る生検試料の画像から、生検試料の標識と前記生検針の標識との間の距離を抽出するように構成される、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 生検試料を処理する医療装置の作動方法であって、前記医療装置は、ディスプレイと、撮像処理モジュールを備える処理ユニットと、少なくとも1つの追跡センサと機能的に関連する追跡システムと、および前記処理ユニットと機能的に関連するカメラとを備え、前記作動方法は、
処理ユニットが撮像モダリティからの画像データを受け取る工程であって、前記画像データが、体の外側から直接見ることができない患者の内部の体の部分の画像と関連する、工程と、
前記カメラが、生検針によって患者の内部の体の部分から採取した生検試料の画像を取得する工程と、
前記追跡システムにおいて、前記少なくとも1つの追跡センサは、撮像モダリティが備える撮像探針と周知の空間的関係を有し、かつ生検針と周知の空間的関係を有し、ここで
処理ユニットが(ア)前記追跡システムから受信した前記画像探針の位置データと対応する画像位置データを、前記撮像モダリティから受信した画像データに割り当て、
処理ユニットが(イ)前記カメラによって撮影された前記生検試料が採取された時点で、前記生検針の位置と対応する画像位置データを、前記カメラから受信した画像データに割り当てる、
工程と、及び
前記撮像処理モジュールが、前記撮像モダリティから受信した画像データ及び前記生検試料と関連する処理画像を含む結像画像を生成し、且つディスプレイが前記結合画像を表示する工程と、
を含む、医療装置の作動方法。 - 生検試料の画像を処理して、前記生検試料のマップを取得する工程を含む、請求項11に記載の医療装置の作動方法。
- 前記処理が、その画像上の前記生検試料の境界を識別することを含む、請求項12に記載の医療装置の作動方法。
