Claims (17)
- 表面形状を有する骨を切除するための切除案内位置決め器であって、前記切除案内位置決め器は、前記骨の表面形状に対し補完する表面を有している骨係合部分を含む本体であって、ソケット、第1細長溝、及び第1の1対の離間した孔を規定する本体を有し、
前記第1細長溝及び前記第1の1対の離間した孔が前記ソケット内に配置されており、
切除案内が前記ソケット内に配置されたときに、第2細長溝及び第2の1対の離間した孔が、夫々前記第1細長溝及び前記第1の1対の離間した孔と整合して配置されるように、前記ソケットが前記第2細長溝及び前記第2の1対の離間した孔を規定する前記切除案内を受け入れるために寸法決めされ、かつ構成されている切除案内位置決め器。 - 前記切除案内位置決め器の前記本体が、前記第1の1対の孔から距離をおいて位置付けされている第3の1対の孔を規定している、請求項1に記載の切除案内位置決め器。
- 前記第3の1対の孔が、第1の1対の孔に対し実質的に直角に向けられている、請求項2に記載の切除案内位置決め器。
