Description
Claims (9)
- 壁面に形成される埋入ボックスに挿入されるスイッチボックス部と、前記スイッチボックス部の内部に挿入され、複数のPCBが積層されて配置されるバックカバー部と、前記スイッチボックス部に結合され、前記バックカバー部を固定する固定プレート部と、前記固定プレート部を貫通する前記バックカバー部の一端に固設され、前記複数のPCBと電気的に連結され、前記複数のPCBにスイッチング駆動情報を静電式タッチ方式で入力するLCDタッチパッド部とを含み、
前記固定プレート部には、前記バックカバー部が貫通される貫通ホールと、前記貫通ホールの内周から延長して前記バックカバー部の外面を支持する支持片が形成され、
前記LCDタッチパッド部は、前記固定プレート部上に固定され、前記複数のPCBと電気的に連結され、移動式メモリーが挿入されるメインPCBと、前記メインPCBと電気的に連結され、前記静電式タッチ方式で入力信号を前記メインPCBに伝達するLCDと、前記LCDの枠を固定するように前記固定プレート部の枠と結合されるベゼルと、前記ベゼルと前記LCDの枠を密閉するゴムパッキンとを備えることを特徴とする、壁面付着型タッチスイッチ。 - 壁面に形成される埋入ボックスに挿入されるスイッチボックス部と、前記スイッチボックス部の内部に挿入され、複数のPCBが積層されて配置されるバックカバー部と、前記スイッチボックス部に結合され、前記バックカバー部が貫通され、貫通される前記バックカバー部の外面を支持する固定プレート部と、前記固定プレート部を貫通した前記バックカバー部の一端と結合され、前記複数のPCBと電気的に連結され、前記複数のPCBにスイッチング駆動情報を静電式タッチ方式で入力するLCDタッチパッド部と、を含み、
前記固定プレート部には、前記バックカバー部が貫通される貫通ホールと、前記貫通ホールの内周から延長して前記バックカバー部の外面を支持する支持片が形成され、
前記LCDタッチパッド部は、ベゼル、メインPCB、LCDの順に積層された構造を有することを特徴とする、壁面付着型タッチスイッチ。 - 前記ベゼルは、一端が前記固定プレート部と結合することができる固定プレート部結合片を備え、他端は前記メインPCB及びLCDを収容する溝を備えたことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の壁面付着型タッチスイッチ。
- 前記メインPCBは、前記複数のPCBと電気的に連結され、前記LCDは、静電式タッチ方式で入力信号を前記メインPCBに伝達することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の壁面付着型タッチスイッチ。
- 前記メインPCBには、
移動式メモリーが挿入され、前記複数のPCBと電気的に連結されるメモリー挿入部が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1及び4のいずれか一項に記載の壁面付着型タッチスイッチ。
- 前記複数のPCBには、有無線通信が可能になるようにジグビー(Zigbee)通信方式または電源重畳通信方式(E/F2)のうちいずれか一つを選択して適用することができるようにすることを特徴とする、請求項1及び4のいずれか一項に記載の壁面付着型タッチスイッチ。
- 前記ジグビー(Zigbee)通信方式と電源重畳通信方式(E/F2)をゲートウェイ(Gateway)を介して結合して適用することができるようにすることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の壁面付着型タッチスイッチ。
- 前記ベゼルには、メインPCBと一定の間隔を維持するメインPCB遊隔ピンが備えられることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の壁面付着型タッチスイッチ。
- 前記メインPCBの一面部は、前記LCDの一端に、両面接着テープ、接着剤、及び、ナットのうちのいずれか一つの締結手段を介して結合されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の壁面付着型タッチスイッチ。
