Description
本文献は、例えば体腔、導管、臓器、組織及び血管などの所望の位置に医療用デバイスを制御可能な状態で留置するのに有用な留置システムと方法を提供する。例えば、本明細書中に提供されるシステム及び方法は、医療用デバイスの経皮カテーテル留置に使用できる。実施形態は、閉塞器具(例えば、LAA閉塞器具)、フィルター(例えば、下大静脈フィルター又は塞栓フィルター)、及びステントを含めたさまざまな医療用デバイスを送達するのに利用できる。
Claims (11)
- 体内に医療用デバイスを送達するための送達システムであって、以下の:
公称直径、遠位端、及び近位端を有する本体部材、ここで、該本体部材の遠位端部分は、本体部材の公称直径より大きい直径を有する拡大部分を有し;
前記本体部材の外面に画定されている溝、及び
公称直径、遠位端、及び近位端を有する本体固定部材、ここで、該本体固定部材は、前記本体部材が医療用デバイスに取外し可能なように結合できるように、少なくとも本体部材の遠位端部分に並行して協調的に係合するように構成される、
を含む送達システムであって、
固定された形態において、前記本体部材は、前記医療用デバイスの接続機構を通って配置されており、前記溝が前記本体固定部材と係合してこれを受け入れると共に、前記本体部材に連結された前記医療用デバイスを保持するように、前記拡大部分が前記接続機構の両側に配置されており、そして、前記本体固定部材は、前記本体部材の長手方向に沿ってスライドし、前記医療用デバイスの前記接続機構が、前記本体部材の拡大部分を通り抜けることを許容し、前記本体部材から前記医療用デバイスを分離し、固定されていない形態に移行するように構成される、送達システム。 - 前記医療用デバイスが、内径を有する穴を画定する接続機構を含み、ここで、前記本体固定部材が少なくとも前記本体部材の遠位端部分に並行して協調的に係合するとき、該接続機構の内径は、本体固定部材と、公称直径より大きい直径を有する本体部材の部分とを合わせた直径より小さく、そして、ここで、本体固定部材が少なくとも本体部材の遠位端部分に並行して協調的に係合するとき、該接続機構の内径は、本体固定部材と本体部材の公称直径とを合わせた直径より大きい、請求項1に記載の送達システム。
- 前記医療用デバイスが、内径を有する穴を画定する接続機構を含み、ここで、該接続機構の内径は、公称直径より大きい直径を有する本体部材の部分の直径より大きい、請求項1に記載の送達システム。
- 前記本体部材が、それぞれ公称直径より大きい直径を有する2つの部分を有し、ここで、該2つの部分は、接続機構と取外し可能なように結合するように構成される本体部材の結合部分がそれによって画定され、該本体部材の結合部分が公称直径を有するような間隔をおいて互いに離間される、請求項3に記載の送達システム。
- 前記本体部材及び本体固定部材の一方又は両方が、超弾性金属材料を含む、請求項4に記載の送達システム。
- 前記本体部材及び本体固定部材の一方又は両方が、ニチノールを含む、請求項4に記載の送達システム。
- シースをさらに含み、医療用デバイスが前記本体部材及び本体固定部材に結合されているとき、該シースが、該医療用デバイスにその管腔内を通過させるように配置される、請求項1に記載の送達システム。
- 前記の本体部材、本体固定部材、及びシースのそれぞれに結合した留置アクチュエーターをさらに含み、ここで、該留置アクチュエーターは、医療用デバイスの位置決定を制御するように配置される、請求項7に記載の送達システム。
- 前記本体固定部材が、本体部材の外面の溝内に協調的に係合している、請求項1に記載の送達システム。
- 前記拡大部分が、円筒形の区画を含む、請求項1に記載の送達システム。
- 前記拡大部分が、放射状突起を含む、請求項1に記載の送達システム。
