Description
Claims (1)
- 顎(1)のインプラント箇所(2)と、前記インプラント箇所(2)の3D測定データセット(21)とを相関させるための方法であって、
−前記顎(1)の少なくとも1つの部分領域と、前記顎(1)のこの部分領域内にある少なくとも1つのインプラント箇所(2)とのめす型を下面(3”)に有する押型(3)を提供する工程であって、前記押型(3)は、X線透過性材料及び/又はMRT撮影で最大限でも僅かしか見えない材料から成り、少なくとも部分的に、レントゲン撮影及び/又はMRT撮影で認識可能な材料から成る補助エレメント(4)があり、前記補助エレメント(4)は接続部(5)を有し、前記接続部(5)は、前記インプラント箇所(2)のめす型領域で、前記押型(3)の下面(3”)に向かい合う前記押型(3)の上面(3’)に取り付けられる工程と、
−前記顎(1)の少なくとも1つの部分領域及びこの部分領域にある少なくとも1つのインプラント箇所(2)、前記インプラント箇所(2)に取り付けられた押型(3)、及び前記押型(3)に取り付けられた少なくとも1つの補助エレメント(4)の少なくとも1つのレントゲン撮影及び/又はMRT撮影を行う工程であって、前記少なくとも1つのレントゲン撮影及び/又はMRT撮影から前記3D測定データセット(21)が作られる工程と、
−前記3D測定データセット(21)の中で、前記インプラント箇所(2)に対する前記少なくとも1つの補助エレメント(4)の接続部(5)の位置を決定する工程と、
−前記補助エレメント(4)を取り除くことにより、前記少なくとも1つの補助エレメント(4)の接続部(5)のめす型に対応する接続部(7)を、前記インプラント箇所(2)に取り付けられた押型(3)内の、前記3D測定データセット(21)で決定された前記補助エレメント(4)の接続部(5)の位置と一致する位置に提供する工程と、
−前記押型(3)の下面(3”)から突出している、検出体(24)を備える光学的補助エレメント(22)を取り付けられた前記押型(3)の下面(3”)の少なくとも1つの光学画像を作る工程であって、前記少なくとも1つの光学画像からもう1つの3D測定データセット(25)が作られる工程と、
−前記少なくとも1つのレントゲン撮影及び/又はMRT撮影から作られた3D測定データセット(21)と、前記少なくとも1つの光学画像から作られたもう1つの3D測定データセット(25)との関連づけによって相関データセット(26)を作る工程と、
を備える、方法。
