Claims (9)
- 励起光を発する励起光源と、前記励起光により蛍光を発する蛍光体層とを有し、青色、緑色、及び赤色に渡る光強度スペクトルを有する射出光を射出する半導体光源と、
前記射出光から閾値以上の波長帯域の光強度を低減させる帯域制限部であり、前記閾値は650nm以上であって、前記閾値において、第1色素剤の光反射率が一定値以上であり、前記第1色素剤とは光反射特性が異なる第2色素剤の光反射率がほぼゼロである帯域制限部と、を備え、
前記光強度スペクトルは、青色、緑色、及び赤色に渡って連続的であり、かつ700nm以上の波長成分を有し、
前記第1色素剤が散布された観察対象に対して、前記帯域制限部によって光強度が低減された光を照明した場合には、前記観察対象からの反射光に、470nm以下の波長成分と640nm以上670nm未満の波長成分が含まれ、
前記第2色素剤が散布された観察対象に対して、前記帯域制限部によって光強度が低減された光を照明した場合には、前記観察対象からの反射光に、520nm以下の波長成分が含まれる内視鏡用光源装置。 - 前記閾値は、670nmである請求項1に記載の内視鏡用光源装置。
- 前記第1色素剤はピオクタニンであり、前記第2色素剤はインジゴカルミンである請求項1または2記載の内視鏡用光源装置。
- 前記励起光は、中心波長が450nmの青色光であり、前記蛍光は黄色光である請求項1から3いずれか1項に記載の内視鏡用光源装置。
- 前記射出光は、前記蛍光と、前記励起光のうち前記蛍光体層を通過した成分とが混合された光である請求項1から4いずれか1項に記載の内視鏡用光源装置。
- 前記半導体光源は、白色発光ダイオードである請求項5に記載の内視鏡用光源装置。
- 励起光を発する励起光源と、前記励起光により蛍光を発する蛍光体層とを有し、青色、緑色、及び赤色に渡る光強度スペクトルを有する射出光を射出する半導体光源と、
前記射出光から閾値以上の波長帯域の光強度を低減させる帯域制限部であり、前記閾値は650nm以上であって、前記閾値において、第1色素剤の光反射率が一定値以上であり、前記第1色素剤とは光反射特性が異なる第2色素剤の光反射率がほぼゼロである帯域制限部と、
前記帯域制限部を透過した光を照明光として観察対象へ照明する照明部と、
前記観察対象からの戻り光を撮像して、カラーの画像信号を出力する撮像素子と、
前記画像信号を画像処理して観察画像を生成する観察画像生成部と、を備え、
前記光強度スペクトルは、青色、緑色、及び赤色に渡って連続的であり、かつ700nm以上の波長成分を有し、
前記第1色素剤が散布された観察対象に対して、前記帯域制限部によって光強度が低減された光を照明した場合には、前記観察対象からの反射光に、470nm以下の波長成分と640nm以上670nm未満の波長成分が含まれ、
前記第2色素剤が散布された観察対象に対して、前記帯域制限部によって光強度が低減された光を照明した場合には、前記観察対象からの反射光に、520nm以下の波長成分が含まれる内視鏡システム。 - 前記観察対象に、前記第1色素剤または前記第2色素剤を散布する色素散布部を備える請求項7に記載の内視鏡システム。
- 前記第1色素剤はピオクタニンであり、前記第2色素剤はインジゴカルミンである請求項8に記載の内視鏡システム。
