Description
(1) 内視鏡システムであって、
光を収集し集束するために構成された集光素子を備える内視鏡と、
窓を備え、前記内視鏡に動作可能に接続するように構成されたトロカールと、
前記窓を通して受光した光を前記集光素子に向けて進行方向に曲げるように構成された光屈折素子と、を含む、内視鏡システム。
(2) 前記集光素子が前記内視鏡の軸に横方向に延在している平面に対して角度を付けて配設されている、実施態様1に記載の内視鏡システム。
(3) 前記角度が前記内視鏡の軸に横方向に延在している前記平面に対して約30度である、実施態様2に記載の内視鏡システム。
(4) 前記窓が前記トロカールの遠位端部に位置する透明又は半透明の尖った先端を備える、実施態様1に記載の内視鏡システム。
(5) 前記進行方向が前記集光素子に対して実質的に垂直となるように、前記光屈折素子が角度を付けて配設されている、実施態様1に記載の内視鏡システム。
(7) 前記光屈折素子が前記トロカールに取り付けられている、実施態様1に記載の内視鏡システム。
(8) 前記光屈折素子が前記トロカールによって画定された管腔に取り外し可能に取り付けられている、実施態様7に記載の内視鏡システム。
(9) 前記光屈折素子が前記トロカールによって画定された管腔と統合されている、実施態様1に記載の内視鏡システム。
(10) 前記光屈折素子が前記内視鏡に取り外し可能に取り付けられている、実施態様1に記載の内視鏡システム。
遠位端部から近位端部まで軸に沿って延在している閉塞具を含み、前記閉塞具は、前記閉塞具によって画定された管腔を介して内視鏡に動作可能に接続するように構成され、前記閉塞具は、前記遠位端部又はその近傍における窓と、
前記内視鏡に関連する集光素子に向かって前記窓を通して受光した光を曲げるよう構成された光屈折素子、又は、
前記光屈折素子が、前記集光素子に向かって前記光を曲げるため前記閉塞具の中に設置されること、若しくは前記集光素子に向かって前記光を曲げるため前記閉塞具に取り付けられること、の一方又は両方を可能とするように構成された保持機能、のうちの少なくとも1つと、を備える、トロカール。
(12) 前記内視鏡が角度付内視鏡を備える、実施態様11に記載のトロカール。
(13) 前記集光素子が前記内視鏡の軸に横方向に延在している平面に対して角度を付けて配設されている、実施態様12に記載のトロカール。
(14) 前記角度が前記内視鏡の軸に横方向に延在している前記平面に対して約30度である、実施態様13に記載のトロカール。
(15) 前記光屈折素子がプリズムを備える、実施態様11に記載のトロカール。
(17) 前記窓が前記トロカールの遠位端部に位置する透明又は半透明の尖った先端を備える、実施態様11に記載のトロカール。
(18) 前記進行方向が前記集光素子に対して実質的に垂直となるように、前記光屈折素子が角度を付けて配設されている、実施態様11に記載のトロカール。
(19) 前記光屈折素子が前記トロカールに取り付けられている、実施態様11に記載のトロカール。
(20) 前記光屈折素子が前記トロカールによって画定された管腔に取り外し可能に取り付けられている、実施態様11に記載のトロカール。
(22) 前記光屈折素子が前記内視鏡に取り外し可能に取り付けられている、実施態様11に記載のトロカール。
(23) 方法であって、
トロカールを角度付内視鏡と動作可能に接続するように構成することと、
前記トロカールを、
光を前記角度付内視鏡と関連する集光素子に向かって曲げるための光屈折素子、又は
前記光屈折素子が、前記集光素子に向かって前記光を曲げるよう前記トロカールの中に設置されること、若しくは前記集光素子に向かって前記光を曲げるよう前記トロカールに取り付けられること、の一方又は両方を可能とするよう構成された保持機能、のうちの少なくとも1つを備えて構成することと、を含む、方法。
(24) 前記光屈折素子がプリズムを備える、実施態様23に記載の方法。
(25) 前記保持機能が、機械的構造、粘着剤、及び/又は前記トロカールによって画定される管腔中の領域のうちの少なくとも1つを備える、実施態様23に記載の方法。
Claims (23)
- 内視鏡システムであって、
光を収集し集束するために構成された集光素子を備える内視鏡と、
窓を備え、前記内視鏡に動作可能に接続するように構成されたトロカールと、
前記窓を通して受光した光を前記集光素子に向けて進行方向に曲げるように構成された光屈折素子と、を含み、
前記集光素子が前記内視鏡の軸に横方向に延在している平面に対して角度を付けて配設されている、内視鏡システム。 - 前記角度が前記内視鏡の軸に横方向に延在している前記平面に対して約30度である、請求項1に記載の内視鏡システム。
- 前記窓が前記トロカールの遠位端部に位置する透明又は半透明の尖った先端を備える、請求項1に記載の内視鏡システム。
- 前記進行方向が前記集光素子に対して実質的に垂直となるように、前記光屈折素子が角度を付けて配設されている、請求項1に記載の内視鏡システム。
- 前記光屈折素子がプリズムを備える、請求項1に記載の内視鏡システム。
- 前記光屈折素子が前記トロカールに取り付けられている、請求項1に記載の内視鏡システム。
- 前記光屈折素子が前記トロカールによって画定された管腔に取り外し可能に取り付けられている、請求項6に記載の内視鏡システム。
- 前記光屈折素子が前記トロカールによって画定された管腔と統合されている、請求項1に記載の内視鏡システム。
- 前記光屈折素子が前記内視鏡に取り外し可能に取り付けられている、請求項1に記載の内視鏡システム。
- トロカールであって、
遠位端部から近位端部まで軸に沿って延在している閉塞具を含み、前記閉塞具は、前記閉塞具によって画定された管腔を介して内視鏡に動作可能に接続するように構成され、前記閉塞具は、前記遠位端部又はその近傍における窓と、

前記光屈折素子が、前記集光素子に向かって前記光を曲げるため前記閉塞具の中に設置されること、若しくは前記集光素子に向かって前記光を曲げるため前記閉塞具に取り付けられること、の一方又は両方を可能とするように構成された保持機能、のうちの少なくとも1つと、を備え、
前記内視鏡が角度付内視鏡であり、
前記集光素子が前記内視鏡の軸に横方向に延在している平面に対して角度を付けて配設されている、トロカール。 - 前記角度が前記内視鏡の軸に横方向に延在している前記平面に対して約30度である、請求項10に記載のトロカール。
- 前記光屈折素子がプリズムを備える、請求項10に記載のトロカール。
- 保持機能が、機械的構造、粘着剤、及び/又は前記管腔の中の領域のうちの少なくとも1つを備える、請求項10に記載のトロカール。
- 前記窓が前記トロカールの遠位端部に位置する透明又は半透明の尖った先端を備える、請求項10に記載のトロカール。
- 前記進行方向が前記集光素子に対して実質的に垂直となるように、前記光屈折素子が角度を付けて配設されている、請求項10に記載のトロカール。

前記光屈折素子が、前記集光素子に向かって前記光を曲げるよう前記トロカールの中に設置されること、若しくは前記集光素子に向かって前記光を曲げるよう前記トロカールに取り付けられること、の一方又は両方を可能とするよう構成された保持機能、のうちの少なくとも1つを備えて構成することと、を含み、
前記集光素子が前記内視鏡の軸に横方向に延在している平面に対して角度を付けて配設されている、方法。 - 前記光屈折素子がプリズムを備える、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記保持機能が、機械的構造、粘着剤、及び/又は前記トロカールによって画定される管腔中の領域のうちの少なくとも1つを備える、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記集光素子に向かって前記光を曲げるため、前記集光素子に対して実質的に垂直である進行方向に前記光を曲げることを含む、請求項20に記載の方法。
