Description
Claims (12)
- タッチ検知グリッドを形成する複数の受信チャネル(321)と、複数の送信チャネル(311)と、圧電層(304)とを備える投影型静電容量タッチスクリーン(301)のためのパワーモードを切り替える方法であって、前記方法は以下を備える:
タッチ検出モード(106)を起動すること;
タッチ検出モード(106)において、前記タッチスクリーン(301)における少なくとも一つのチャネル(311,321)を監視すること、ここでこれは、少なくとも一つのチャネル(311,321)における電荷量を監視することを含んでおり;
前記少なくとも一つのチャネル(311,321)についての監視に基づいて、タッチイベントが生じたことを決定すること;及び
前記タッチイベントが生じたことの決定に対応して、スイッチ(206、323)を用いて、タッチ検出モード(106)からスキャンモードに遷移させること、
ここで、前記スキャンモードにおいては、駆動回路(313)が、複数の送信チャネル(311)と複数の受信チャネル(321)との各交差における静電容量を測定するために、電圧を前記送信チャネル(311)に印加するようになっており、
さらにここで、前記タッチ検出モード(106)においては、駆動回路(313)は、送信チャネル(311)に電圧を印加しないようになっている。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって、ここでは、前記スキャンモードは、前記タッチスクリーン(301)における全てのチャネル(311,321)がスキャンされる高パワーモードを備えており、かつ、前記タッチ検出モード(106)は、前記タッチスクリーン(301)における全てのあるいはより少ないチャネル(311,321)が監視される低パワーモードを備えている。
- 請求項1に記載の方法であって、ここでは、前記タッチ検出モード(106)を起動することは、デバイス使用文脈に基づいてタッチ検出モード(106)を起動することを備える。
- タッチ検出グリッドを形成する複数の受信チャネル(321)と、複数の送信チャネル(311)と、圧電層(304)とを備える投影型静電容量タッチスクリーン(301)におけるパワーモードを切り替えるための装置であって、前記装置は以下を備える:
コードを含むメモリ及びプロセッサ、ここで前記コードは、前記プロセッサ(108)に前記装置を制御させて、以下を行うために実行可能である:
タッチ検出モード(106)を起動すること;
前記タッチスクリーン(301)における少なくとも一つのチャネル(311,321)を、タッチ検出モード(106)にあるときに、監視すること、ここでこれは、少なくとも一つのチャネル(311,321)における電荷量を監視することを含んでいる;
タッチイベントが生じたことを、前記少なくとも一つのチャネル(311,321)についての監視に基づいて決定すること;及び
前記タッチイベントが生じたことの決定に対応して、スイッチ(206,323)を用いて、前記タッチ検出モード(106)からスキャンモードに遷移させること、
ここで、前記スキャンモードでは、複数の送信チャネル(311)と複数の受信チャネル(321)との各交差における静電容量を測定するために、駆動回路(313)が制御されて電圧を前記送信チャネル(311)に印加するようになっており、
さらにここで、タッチ検出モード(106)では、前記駆動回路(313)が制御されて、前記送信チャネル(311)に電圧を印加しないようになっている。 - 請求項4に記載の装置であって、ここで、前記コードは、前記プロセッサに前記装置を制御させて、監視された少なくとも一つのチャネルにおける電荷からの信号を生成して、前記信号を用いてタッチイベントが生じたことを決定するために、さらに実行可能である。
- 請求項5に記載の装置であって、ここで、前記スキャンモードは、前記タッチスクリーンにおける全てのチャネルがスキャンされる高パワーモードを備えており、前記タッチ検出モードは、前記タッチスクリーンにおける全てのあるいはより少ないチャネルが監視される低パワーモードを備えている。
- 請求項4に記載の装置であって、ここで、前記コードは、前記プロセッサ(108)に前記装置を制御させて、デバイス使用文脈に少なくとも一部は基づいてタッチ検出モード(106)を起動するために実行可能である。
- タッチスクリーンのパワーモードを切り替えるための、請求項4に記載の装置であって、さらに以下を備える:
前記スイッチ(206,323)、ここで前記スイッチ(206,323)は、スキャンモード及びタッチ検出モード(106)のために構成されており、ここで、前記スイッチ(206,323)は、複数のチャネル入力(216)と、複数のスキャン出力(214)と、監視出力(212)とを有しており、前記スイッチ(206,323)は、前記複数のチャネル入力(216)のそれぞれにおける、対応するチャネル(311.321)からのチャネル信号を受信するように、そして、前記複数のチャネル入力(216)のそれぞれを、前記複数のスキャン出力(214)における対応するスキャン出力(214)に、前記装置が前記スキャンモードにあるときに接続するように、そして、少なくとも一つの前記複数のチャネル入力(216)を前記監視出力(212)に、前記装置が前記タッチ検出モード(106)にあるときに接続するように構成されており;そして
前記少なくとも一つの監視出力(212)に接続されたタッチ検出回路(204)、ここで、前記タッチ検出回路(204)は、タッチ検出信号出力(208)を有しており、前記装置がタッチ検出モード(106)にあるときに、監視出力(212)を監視するように、そして、前記スイッチ(206,323)の監視出力(212)において生成された信号が既定の基準に合致したときに、タッチ検出信号を生成することにより、タッチイベントが生じたことを決定するように構成されている。 - 請求項8に記載の装置であって、さらに以下を備える:
前記投影型静電容量タッチスクリーン(301)。 - 請求項8に記載の装置であって、ここで、前記タッチ検出回路(204)は、前記監視出力(212)における電荷を電圧レベルに変換するように構成された変換回路を備えており、前記タッチ検出回路(204)は、タッチ検出信号を、前記電圧レベルが既定の基準に合致したときに、生成するようになっている。
- 請求項10に記載の装置であって、ここで、前記タッチ検出回路(204)は、前記変換回路に接続された処理回路をさらに備えており、前記処理回路は、前記電圧レベルを監視して、タッチ検出信号を、前記電圧レベルが既定の基準に合致したときに、生成するようになっている。
- 請求項9に記載の装置であって、
ここで、前記プロセッサ(108)は、タッチ検出モード(106)にあるときに、前記スイッチ(206,323)を制御して、前記複数のチャネル(311,321)のそれぞれを前記監視出力(212)に順次接続するようにさらに構成されており、前記タッチスクリーン(301)における接触についての位置決定が可能となっている処理ユニット。
