Description
[0001]ピリジン又はピラジン含有化合物が、それらの製造方法と共に説明される。
[0002]ピリジン及びピラジン含有化合物は、有機合成、超分子化学、及び材料科学の分野で価値ある材料である。窒素原子の存在は、それらの付属の孤立電子対と共に、ピリジン及びピラジンを塩基性かつ求核性にし、したがって、様々な有機変換で溶解性の高い塩基又は触媒として使用することができる。また、ピリジン及びピラジンは、有機合成のシントンとして貴重であり、高い生物活性への傾向のために、医薬品及び農薬の調製で特に有用である。また、ピリジン及びピラジンは、様々な金属及び金属イオンのキレート化におけるリガンドとしてはたらき、得られるピリジン及びピラジンの有機金属錯体は、例えば不斉有機変換の触媒として、太陽電池の色素増感剤として、有機発光ダイオードで、並びに人工光合成の分野及び関連する光生成エネルギー移行プロセスで利用される。また、ピリジン及びピラジンは、接着剤、フィルム、又は他のポリマー材料の成分として産業利用され、ここではそれらの特性は、単独で又は金属錯体としてのいずれかで、バルク材料に貴重な特質を与える。この広範な利用性のために、新規ピリジン及び/又はピラジン含有化合物を特定することが連続的に要求される。
(a)下記式で表されるビスアルキニルピラジン及びビスアルキニルピリジン:

(b)下記式で表されるビスピリジン置換エラグ酸誘導体:

[式中、Xは、ピリジル基である]、及び
[式中、Xは、ピリジル基から選択される]、並びに
(c)下記式で表されるピリジン置換クマリン誘導体:
[式中、(i)Xは、4−ピリジル基であり、R”は、メチレン、エチレン、若しくはプロピレンであるか、又は
(ii)Xは、3−ピリジル基であり、R”は、メチレンである]、
[式中、Xは、4−ピリジル基であり、R”は、エチレンである]、及び
[式中、Xは、4−ピリジル基であり、R”は、エチレンである]から本質的になる群から選択される化合物を含む。
