Claims (15)
- 細長い可撓性部材と、

を含む、請求項1に記載のデバイス。 - 前記コントローラ部分は、第1の縦方向長さを有し、前記遷移部分は、第2の縦方向長さを有し、前記第2の縦方向長さは前記第1の縦方向長さ以下である、請求項12に記載のデバイス。
- 前記複数のトランスデューサ制御回路は、9個のトランスデューサ制御回路から構成されている、請求項13に記載のデバイス。
- 前記9個のトランスデューサ制御回路のうちの1つはマスタコントローラであり、残りの8個のトランスデューサ制御回路はスレーブコントローラである、請求項14に記載のデバイス。
