Description
図1は、本発明の一実施形態としての車両用の燃料電池システム50が搭載された車両100の概略構成を示す図である。図1には、相互に直交するXYZ軸が示されている。+X方向は、車両100の前進方向を示す。+X方向は車両100の「前方」でもある。−X方向は、車両100の後退方向を示す。−X方向は、車両100の「後方」でもある。+Z方向は、車両100の「右側」である。−Z方向は、車両100の「左側」である。Z方向は「車両の幅方向」及び「左右方向」でもある。+Y方向は車両100の「上側」であり、−Y方向は「下側」である。Y方向は「鉛直方向」でもある。これらの方向は、他の図においても同様である。図1は、車両100を左側から見た図である。
図5は、本発明の第2実施形態としての車両用の燃料電池システム50aが搭載された車両100aの概略構成を示す図である。図5は、車両100aを上側から見た図である。本実施形態の燃料電池システム50aと上述の第1実施形態の燃料電池システム50とが異なる点は、コンバータアッセンブリ10aに、第3のコネクタ部13が設けられている点である。
上述の実施形態では、コンバータアッセンブリ10、10aとFCスタックアッセンブリ30と、はそれぞれ異なる箱体に収納されているが、コンバータアッセンブリ10、10aとFCスタックアッセンブリ30とは、一つの箱体に収納されていてもよい。

- 車両用の燃料電池システムであって、
車両のフロントルームに配置される燃料電池スタックと、
前記燃料電池スタックの上に配置され、前記燃料電池スタックで発電された電力の電圧を昇圧させるコンバータを含むコンバータアッセンブリと、を、備え、
前記コンバータアッセンブリは、前記車両に搭載される第1電気機器と前記コンバータアッセンブリとを電気的に接続するための第1のコネクタ部と、前記車両に搭載され、前記第1電気機器よりも高い電圧を用いる第2電気機器と前記コンバータアッセンブリとを電気的に接続するための第2のコネクタ部と、を有し、
前記第2のコネクタ部は、前記第1のコネクタ部よりも前記車両の後方に位置しており、
前記第1のコネクタ部及び前記第2のコネクタ部を前記車両の前方正面側から見たときに、前記第1のコネクタ部は前記第2のコネクタ部の少なくとも一部を覆う、
車両用の燃料電池システム。 - 請求項1記載の車両用の燃料電池システムであって、
前記コンバータアッセンブリは、前記第2のコネクタ部と前記コンバータアッセンブリとの電気的接続を遮断するためのサービスプラグが接続される第3のコネクタ部を備え、
前記第3のコネクタ部は、前記第1のコネクタ部よりも前記車両の後方に位置しており、
前記第1のコネクタ部及び前記第3のコネクタ部を前記車両の前方正面側から見たときに、前記第1のコネクタ部は前記第3のコネクタ部の少なくとも一部を覆う、車両用の燃料電池システム。 - 請求項2に記載の車両用の燃料電池システムであって、
前記第3のコネクタ部は、前記第2のコネクタ部よりも前記車両の後方に位置しており、
前記第2のコネクタ部及び前記第3のコネクタ部を前記車両の前方正面側から見たときに、前記第2のコネクタ部は前記第3のコネクタ部の少なくとも一部を覆う、車両用の燃料電池システム。 - 請求項1に記載の車両用の燃料電池システムであって、
前記コンバータアッセンブリは、複数の側面を有し、
前記第1のコネクタ部と前記第2のコネクタ部と、は、前記コンバータアッセンブリの前記複数の側面のうちの同一の側面に設けられている、車両用の燃料電池システム。 - 請求項2又は請求項3記載の車両用の燃料電池システムであって、
前記コンバータアッセンブリは、複数の側面を有し、
前記第1のコネクタ部と前記第2のコネクタ部と前記第3のコネクタ部と、は、前記複数の側面のうちの同一の側面に設けられている、車両用の燃料電池システム。
