*1 ダイナミックレート法とは、重量変化の度合いに従ってヒーティング速度をコントロールして、分解能が向上する測定モードである。
3LのセパラブルフラスコにMgSO4で脱水処理ずみのグアヤコール(470.8g、3.72mol)とオキシ塩化リン(190.0g、1.23mol)を測りとり、窒素雰囲気下で、メカニカルスターターにより撹拌した。そこに、THF(水分量20ppm以下)を1.5L添加した。さらに、滴下ロートからトリエチルアミン(486.6g、4.78mol)を1.5hかけて添加した。
δ=7.40ppm、7.42ppm、δ=7.11ppm、7.13ppm、δ=6.87ppm、6.87、6.89、6.92、6.94のグアヤコールのベンゼン環が有するプロトンのピークを確認した。これらプロトンの積分値を(a)とする。
δ=3.76ppm、3.79ppmのグアヤコールのメトキシ基のプロトンのピークを確認した。これらプロトンの積分値を(b)とする。そして、(a):(b)=4:3であることから、この生成物が構造式(1)であることが確認された。
窒素導入管、分留管−冷却管、温度計、ステンレス鋼製撹拌羽を取り付けた1Lの四つ口フラスコを用意した。この四つ口フラスコに、2,5−フランジカルボン酸(2300g)とエチレングリコール(2758gモル比=1:3)、すず触媒(0.05wt%)、トルエンで溶解したチタン触媒(0.05wt%)を測りとった。
実施例および比較例で使用したABSは、ペレットの状態で80℃、6時間以上の条件において熱風乾燥させた。また、実施例および比較例で使用したPEFは、ペレットの状態で120℃、8時間以上の条件において熱風乾燥させた。

Claims (13)
- 前記R1乃至R3は、炭素原子数1以上8以下のアルキル基である請求項1に記載の難燃組成物。
- 前記R1乃至R3は、炭素原子数1以上4以下のアルキル基である請求項1または2に記載の難燃組成物。
- 前記R1乃至R3は、いずれもメチル基である請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の難燃組成物。
- 前記ポリアルキレンフランジカルボキシレートは、ポリエチレンフランジカルボキシレートである請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の難燃組成物。
- 前記ポリアルキレンフランジカルボキシレートの重合度が185以上600以下である請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の難燃組成物。
- 請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の難燃組成物を有することを特徴とする成形体。
- UL94規格におけるV試験が、V−2以上である請求項7に記載の成形体。
- UL94規格におけるV試験が、V−0である請求項8に記載の成形体。
