Claims (10)
- i)センサ・ガイド・ワイヤであって、
a)遠位端と、
b)近位端と、
c)中空管と、
d)コア・ワイヤと、
e)少なくともひとつの電気導線と、
f)前記センサ・ガイド・ワイヤの前記遠位端における挿入可能部分であって、前記挿入可能部分は、患者の体の血管内に挿入可能であるように構成されており、近位端および遠位端を有するジャケットまたはスリーブと、前記ジャケットの近位端に取り付けられた第1部分と、その近位端が前記ジャケットの遠位端に結合された第2部分と、前記第2部分の遠位端に取り付けられた先端部とを有する挿入可能部分と、
g)前記センサ・ガイド・ワイヤの前記遠位端において、前記挿入可能部分の前記ジャケットまたはスリーブ内に配置された第1センサであって、患者の体内に挿入されたとき、第1パラメータを測定するように構成されている、第1センサと、
h)前記センサ・ガイド・ワイヤの前記遠位端において、前記挿入可能部分の前記ジャケットまたはスリーブ内に配置された第2センサであって、前記患者の体内に挿入されたとき前記第1パラメータとは異なる第2パラメータを測定するように構成されている、第2センサと、
を有するセンサ・ガイド・ワイヤと、
ii)前記センサ・ガイド・ワイヤの前記近位端に結合されるように適応された筐体を有する送受信機ユニットであって、前記筐体は、前記患者の身体の外側に残るように構成されている送受信機ユニットと、
iii)前記第1パラメータおよび前記第2パラメータに関連したデータを含む、第1および第2のフィルタ済み、処理済み、かつ、フォーマット済み信号を生成するべく、前記第1パラメータと関連づけられた前記第1センサから受信した信号をフィルタにかけ、処理し、かつ、フォーマットするように構成された第1センサ信号適合回路、および、前記第2パラメータと関連づけられた前記第2センサから受信した信号をフィルタリングし、処理し、かつ、フォーマットするように構成された第2センサ信号適合回路と、
を備え、
前記送受信機ユニットは、前記第1および第2パラメータに関連するデータを送信するための少なくともひとつの第1通信モジュールをさらに有し、
前記第1通信モジュールは、外部装置内に収納された少なくともひとつの第2通信モジュールと直接通信するように適応されており、
前記第1センサ信号適合回路は、前記第1センサに対応し、前記外部装置が抽出できるようなフォーマットの信号を自動的に生成し、かつ、前記第2センサ信号適合回路は、前記第2センサに対応し、前記外部装置が抽出できるようなフォーマットの信号を自動的に生成し、
前記外部装置は、モニタ、前記第1および第2パラメータと関連するデータを受信しかつ処理するためのソフトウエア、および接続部を有する専用の患者モニタデバイス、または、規格のカテラブモニタであり、
少なくともひとつの前記センサ信号適合回路は、前記送受信機ユニット内に部分的に配置され、かつ、前記外部装置内に部分的に配置されている、
ことを特徴とする測定システム。 - 前記専用の患者モニタデバイスは、モバイルユニットである、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の測定システム。
- 前記専用の患者モニタデバイスは、モバイルユニットに直接データを送信するように適応されたデバイスである、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の測定システム。
- 前記第1センサは、第1の生理学的パラメータを測定するように構成され、
前記第2センサは、第2の生理学的パラメータを測定するように構成され、
前記第1通信モジュールから転送されるデータは、前記第1および第2の生理学的パラメータと関連するデータである、ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の測定システム。 - 前記第1センサおよび第2センサの各々は、血圧、血液温度、血流、または、一つ以上の血中化学成分濃度を測定するように構成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の測定システム。
- 前記第1センサは、生理学的パラメータを測定するように構成され、
前記第2センサは、非生理学的パラメータを測定するように構成され、
前記第1通信モジュールから転送されたデータは、生理学的および非生理学的パラメータに関連するデータである、ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の測定システム。 - 前記第1センサは、血圧、血液温度、血流、または、一つ以上の血中化学成分濃度を測定するように構成され、
前記第2センサは、磁場、磁束、X線場、電磁場、光学信号、または、体内に埋め込み可能な金属デバイスまたは異物の存在を測定するように構成されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の測定システム。 - 少なくともひとつの前記センサ信号適合回路は、プログラム可能センサ調整器、較正器、エネルギー装置、および出力増幅器を含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の測定システム。 - 前記第1センサおよび前記第2センサは、前記センサ・ガイド・ワイヤの前記遠位端において、前記挿入可能部分の前記ジャケットまたはスリーブ内に配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の測定システム。
- 前記少なくともひとつの第1通信モジュールは、前記筐体内のひとつの第1通信モジュールであり、前記ひとつの第1通信モジュールは、前記第1および第2の生理学的パラメータに関連する前記フィルタ済み、処理済みおよびフォーマット済みの信号を、無線通信信号を介して、対となる前記第2通信モジュールへ転送するように構成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の測定システム。
