第1の環状ビード及び第2の環状ビード、前記第1の環状ビードと前記第2の環状ビードとの間に延在する本体プライ、前記本体プライの径方向に上に配設され、前記本体プライの一部分を軸方向に横切って延在する周方向ベルト、前記周方向ベルトの径方向に上に配設され、前記本体プライの一部分を軸方向に横切って延在する周方向アンダートレッド、前記第1の環状ビードと、前記周方向アンダートレッドに関連付けられた第1のショルダーとの間に延在する第1のサイドウォール、前記第2の環状ビードと、前記周方向アンダートレッドに関連付けられた第2のショルダーとの間に延在する第2のサイドウォール、並びに、摩耗によって不能化され又は損傷しないように、前記周方向ベルトと底部トレッド表面との間に径方向に配設された電子デバイス、を備え、
前記電子デバイスが、
30〜300GHzの周波数及び15〜35psの帯域幅を有するパルス電磁波を放出するように構成されたエミッタと、
反射電磁波を受信するように構成された受信器と、
放出波と反射波との間の少なくとも1つの特性の差の比較するプロセッサと、
質問器にデータを伝送するように構成された伝送器と、を含み、前記電子デバイスが、タイヤの寿命にわたってサブミリメートル分解能で摩耗を観察する、タイヤ構造体。 - 前記エミッタが前記周方向アンダートレッド内に埋め込まれた、請求項1に記載のタイヤ構造体。
- 前記エミッタが前記周方向アンダートレッドの径方向外側表面上に配設された、請求項1に記載のタイヤ構造体。
- 前記エミッタが周方向トレッド内に配設され、前記周方向トレッドが、前記周方向アンダートレッドの径方向に上に配設され、前記本体プライの一部分を軸方向に横切って延在する、請求項1に記載のタイヤ構造体。
- 前記タイヤ構造体が、前記周方向ベルトの径方向に上に配設された第2のエミッタを更に備える、請求項1に記載のタイヤ構造体。
