Description
しかし、親子式内視鏡の操作はしばしば失敗し、維持管理費が高くなる。そこで、SpyGlassTMシステム(Boston Scientific)が、従来の親子式内視鏡の代替物として開発された。しかしながら、SpyGlassTMシステムの解像度は貧弱であり、診断の精度を向上させる狭帯域撮像(NBI)及び/又は画像強調内視鏡(IEE)を行うこともできない。
更に、SpyGlassTMシステムの器具導管は狭いので、SpyGlassTMシステムに挿入するのに適した医療用器具の選択が制限されてしまう。これらを考慮すると、SpyGlassTMシステムは、SpyGlassTMシステムの装置及び付属品が高価であることは言うまでもなく、臨床設定においては限られた用途しか有しておらず、SpyGlassTMシステムを臨床診療の最後の選択肢といえよう。
好ましくは、診断ステップを更に備え、前記診断ステップでは、前記取得された画像に基づいて診断を行う。
あるいは、筐筒110及び被検体内の超薄型内視鏡のそれぞれの長さ及び軸方向の向きを調整するのと同じ目的で、筐筒110及びその内部に挿入された超薄型内視鏡を、被検体(B)の肛門側に向けて被検体内に更に押し込むことができる。筐筒110及び超薄型内視鏡のそれぞれの長さ及び軸方向が適切に調整されると、マウスピース150の補助により筐筒110の後端部(すなわち、筐筒110の前端部の反対側の端部)が所定の位置に保持される。
Claims (7)
- 超薄型内視鏡の被検体への挿入を補助するための超薄型内視鏡補助システムであって、筐筒と、マウスピースとを備え、
前記筐筒は、超薄型内視鏡が挿入されるように構成され、透明キャップと、側部開口と、偏向部材と、位置決め部材とを備え、
前記透明キャップは、前記筐筒の前端部に配置され、
前記側部開口は、前記筐筒上に且つ前記筐筒の前端部に近接して配置され、
前記偏向部材は、
前記筐筒内に配置され且つ前記超薄型内視鏡の向きを調整するように構成され、且つ
昇降部材と、操作部材とを備え、前記昇降部材は、前記筐筒内に且つ前記筐筒の前端部に近接して配置されるもので、前記超薄型内視鏡を偏向させるように構成され、これにより、前記超薄型内視鏡が、前記側部開口を介して前記筐筒の外側に延びることを可能にし、前記操作部材は、前記昇降部材に連結され、前記昇降部材の動作を制御するように構成され、
前記位置決め部材は、前記筐筒の外側に配置され且つ前記側部開口に近接して、前記筐筒の前端部を被験者の適所に位置決めするように構成され、
前記偏向部材は、前記超薄型内視鏡を偏向させることが可能であり、これにより、前記超薄型内視鏡を前記側部開口を介して前記筐筒の外側に延ばすことができるもので、
前記マウスピースは、前記筐筒に導通するように構成される導通路と、前記筐筒を固定するように構成されるストリップとを備える、
システム。 - 前記位置決め部材は、第1バルーンであることを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記昇降部材は、複数のスラットからなることを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記操作部材は、前記昇降部材に連結されたワイヤを備え、

請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記偏向部材は、第2バルーンと、ポンプとを備え、
前記第2バルーンは、前記筐筒の前端部に配置され且つ前記側部開口に対向し、
前記ポンプは、前記第2バルーンに連結され且つ前記第2バルーンを膨張又は収縮させるように構成される、
請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記筐筒は、医療用器具を導通させるための少なくとも1つの器具導管を備え、
前記偏向部材は、前記医療用器具を前記側部開口に導通させて前記筐筒の外側に延ばすことができるように前記医療用器具を偏向させるように構成される、
請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 少なくとも2つの第3バルーンを更に備え、
前記第3バルーンは、前記筐筒の前端部に配置され且つ前記超薄型内視鏡を適所に保持するように構成される、
請求項1に記載のシステム。
