第3カテーテル部材は、第1カテーテル部材の遠位セクションの上に位置決めされ、

無傷案内先端が、第2カテーテル部材の第3管腔の遠位端に接続され、
第3カテーテル部材が、そこを長手方向に通過する少なくとも1つの管腔を有し、第3カテーテル部材は、第1カテーテル部材の第2管腔および第2カテーテル部材の第3管腔の各々に配置され、そこを通過している。
Claims (13)
- 第1カテーテル部材であって、第1カテーテル部材を通って長手方向に延びる第1管腔および、第1カテーテル部材の遠位端において第1開口を有する第1カテーテル部材を備え、
第2カテーテル部材であって、第2カテーテル部材を通って長手方向に延びる第2管腔および、第2カテーテル部材の遠位端において第2開口を有する第2カテーテル部材を備え、
第2カテーテル部材は、第1カテーテル部材の近位セクションに対して上方に離隔した関係で位置決めされ、第2カテーテル部材と第1カテーテル部材の間に環状スペースを形成し、
第1カテーテル部材の近位セクションは、第2カテーテル部材の第2管腔内に位置しており、
第1カテーテル部材は、第2カテーテル部材の遠位端を超えて延びており、
さらに、第3カテーテル部材であって、第3カテーテル部材を通って長手方向に延びる第3管腔および、第3カテーテル部材の遠位端の近くに第3開口を有する第3カテーテル部材を備え、
第3カテーテル部材は、第1カテーテル部材の遠位セクションの上に位置決めされ、
第3カテーテル部材は、第3カテーテル部材の近位端において第1カテーテル部材の遠位端と接続され、
第3カテーテル部材は、第1カテーテル部材の遠位端から遠位側に延びる遠位セクションを有し、第1管腔および第3管腔が流体連通しており、第2ポートが、流体が第3カテーテル部材の側壁を通過して、第3管腔と閉塞カテーテルシステムの外部との間を連通するように設けられ、これにより第2および第3カテーテルは、両者間に延びる第1カテーテル部材とともに、第1カテーテル部材の長手方向軸に沿って互いに離隔しており、
無傷先端部材が、第3カテーテル部材の遠位端の近くに同軸で接続された近位セクションを有し、
拡大可能閉塞部材が、第2カテーテル部材の遠位端の近くで第2カテーテル部材に接続され、第3カテーテル部材の近位端の近くで第3カテーテル部材に接続され、拡大可能閉塞部材は、第2カテーテル部材の遠位端と第3カテーテル部材の近位端との間のスペースが拡大可能閉塞部材の内部にあるように位置決めされる、閉塞カテーテルシステム。 - 無傷先端部材は、生体適合性ポリマーで形成される請求項1記載の閉塞カテーテルシステム。
- 無傷先端は、弾性、形状記憶及び/又は超弾性の材料で製作され、全体的に円形で近位側に湾曲して、閉塞カテーテルシステムの中心長手方向軸に向いた構成を有し、無傷先端の遠位端の未接続端を残して、無傷先端が、配送用の長手方向軸と同軸である直線的構成にすることを許容している請求項1記載の閉塞カテーテルシステム。
- 無傷先端は、生体適合性金属で製作される請求項1記載の閉塞カテーテルシステム。
- 圧力検知ワイヤを備えた圧力センサをさらに備え、圧力検知ワイヤは、第1管腔および第3管腔を通って第2ポートに近接した位置に導入される請求項1記載の閉塞カテーテルシステム。
- 近位ハブをさらに備え、近位ハブは、第1カテーテル部材の第1管腔と連通する第1流体経路と、第2カテーテル部材の第2管腔と連通する第2流体経路とを含む請求項1記載の閉塞カテーテルシステム。
- 第2管腔は、拡大可能閉塞部材内のスペースと流体連通しており、閉塞カテーテルシステムの外部にあり、延長ラインを経由して近位ハブと接続された流体源から拡大可能閉塞部材に流体を出し入れする請求項6記載の閉塞カテーテルシステム。
- 近位ハブの第1流体経路は、外部圧力センサと接続可能であり、該外部圧力センサは、第2ポートを経由して第1管腔内の流体コラムからの圧力を変換する請求項6記載の閉塞カテーテルシステム。
- 拡大可能閉塞部材が収縮した状態である場合、6フレンチ(2mm)の経皮シースを通過するのに充分に小さい断面直径のものである請求項1記載の閉塞カテーテルシステム。
- 拡大可能閉塞部材は、バルーンである請求項1記載の閉塞カテーテルシステム。
- 無傷先端に固定された放射線不透過性マーカーであって、放射線不透過性マーカーが照射された場合、配備の際にカテーテルシステムの場所の視覚的指示を提供する、放射線不透過性マーカーをさらに備える請求項1記載の閉塞カテーテルシステム。
- 第1放射線不透過性マーカーが、バルーンの近位端を第2カテーテル部材に接続するための第1装着ポイントの近くに取り付けられ、
第2放射線不透過性マーカーが、拡大可能閉塞部材の遠位端を第3カテーテル部材に接続するための第2装着ポイントの近くに取り付けられる請求項1記載の閉塞カテーテルシステム。 - 放射線不透過性マーカーは、ステンレス鋼またはプラチナ・イリジウム合金で構成される請求項11または12記載の閉塞カテーテルシステム。
