Description
Claims (9)
- 組織を把持するために、接触面(24)を有する第1の動作アーム(6)および接触面(24)を有する第2の動作アーム(6)を具備する鉗子(4)を含む電気手術デバイス(2)であって、
前記鉗子(4)は前記第1の動作アーム(6)と前記第2の動作アーム(6)とを前記鉗子の長手軸方向に対して横方向に、互いに対して移動させることにより第1の構成と第2の構成とで切り替え可能であって、
前記第1の構成においては、前記第1の動作アーム(6)の前記接触面(24)と前記第2の動作アーム(6)の前記接触面(24)が、互いに直接対向し、この結果、前記鉗子の長手軸方向に対して横方向に移動された場合の前記鉗子(4)の前記接触面を使用して前記動作アームの間に物品を把持することができ、前記第1の動作アームおよび前記第2の動作アームが閉じられた時には、前記第1の動作アームの先端および前記接触面が前記第2の動作アームの先端および前記接触面と整列し、
前記第2の構成においては、前記第1の動作アームおよび前記第2の動作アームが閉じられ前記第1の動作アームの前記接触面が前記第2の動作アームの前記接触面と接触した時、前記第1の動作アームの前記接触面の第1の端部が前記第2の動作アームの第1の端部に対してオフセットされる、ことを特徴とする電気手術デバイス。 - 請求項1に記載の電気手術デバイス(2)であって、
前記第1の構成においては、前記鉗子(4)の前記接触面が、前記第1の動作アームおよび前記第2の動作アームが互いに直接近づいたり離れたりするように直接の圧力を前記接触面(24)の対向する側に付加することにより、前記動作アームの間で組織を把持するのに使用され、前記鉗子が前記第1の動作アーム、前記第2の動作アーム、またはその両方を通して第1の治療電流を搬送するように構成され、
前記第2の構成においては、前記第1の動作アームの前記接触面と前記第2の動作アームの前記接触面が互いにオフセットされており、第2の治療電流が電極端部(54)から流れるように前記電極端部(54)が前記鉗子(4)の少なくとも1つの側に形成される、ことを特徴とする電気手術デバイス。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の電気手術デバイスであって、前記第1の構成は双極構成(102)であり、前記第2の構成は単極構成(100)であることを特徴とする電気手術デバイス。
- 請求項1から請求項3の何れかに記載の電気手術デバイスであって、前記第1の動作アームの前記接触面と前記第2の動作アームの前記接触面は接触して前記鉗子の少なくとも1つの側に電極端部を形成し、その結果前記鉗子が前記電極端部で組織を切断するように構成されることを特徴とする電気手術デバイス。
- 請求項4に記載の電気手術デバイスであって、前記電極端部は機械的ブレードであるか、または前記電極端部は単極電極であることを特徴とする電気手術デバイス。
- 請求項3に記載の電気手術デバイスであって、前記第1の動作アーム(6)は第1の側に電極端部(54)を有し、前記第2の動作アーム(6)は第2の側に電極端部(54)を有し、前記第1の動作アームの前記電極端部と前記第2の動作アームの前記電極端部は、前記鉗子が単極構成にある時に反対方向に延伸する、ことを特徴とする電気手術デバイス。
- 請求項3に記載の電気手術デバイスであって、前記第1の動作アーム(6)は第1の側に電極端部(54)を有し、前記第2の動作アーム(6)は第2の側に電極端部(54)を有し、前記第1の動作アームの前記電極端部と前記第2の動作アームの前記電極端部は、前記鉗子が双極構成にあるときに反対方向に延伸する、ことを特徴とする電気手術デバイス。
- 請求項1から請求項7の何れかに記載の電気手術デバイスであって、前記第1の構成は双極構成(102)であり、前記第2の構成は単極構成(100)であり、前記第1の動作アームおよび前記第2の動作アームは、前記鉗子が前記双極構成にある時、前記第1の動作アームおよび前記第2の動作アームが離間する時、または前記鉗子が前記双極構成にありかつ前記第1の動作アームと前記第2の動作アームが互いから離間するときに、整列し、前記第1の動作アームおよび前記第2の動作アームは、前記鉗子が前記単極構成にある時、前記第1の動作アームと前記第2の動作アームが互いに接触する時、または前記鉗子が前記単極構成にありかつ前記第1の動作アームと前記第2の動作アームが互いに接触するときに、オフセットされていることを特徴とする電気手術デバイス。
- 請求項1から請求項8の何れかに記載の電気手術デバイスであって、前記第2の構成は単極構成(100)であり、前記第1の動作アームおよび前記第2の動作アームは前記単極構成において非対称であり、前記第1の動作アームにオフセットされた電極端部が形成され、前記電極端部が前記第2の動作アームの本体を越えて延伸することを特徴とする電気手術デバイス。
