したがって、この発明の冠形保持器は、dmn値が60万を超える高速回転下でもPEEK材と同等の機械的強度を有し、軸受の円滑な回転を阻害する保持器変形は発生しない。
なお、図2〜4を参照してすでに説明した従来の冠形保持器と同じ部分または部品には同じ符号を付し、重複した説明は省略する。
しかし、次に述べるように、図4の冠形保持器とはポケット24の内周面形状が異なる。

Claims (6)
- 環状の基部と、保持器半径方向に貫通するとともに保持器軸方向の一方側に開口を有し、それぞれに玉が組み込まれる複数のポケットと、各ポケットの前記開口の円周方向両側に位置し、内周面が前記ポケットを形成する一対のつのとを有する冠形保持器において、
前記つのの内周面を含む前記ポケットの内周面は、保持器半径方向の内側に位置する球面状部分と、保持器半径方向の外側に位置する円筒状部分とからなり、前記球面状部分および円筒状部分の各内径は玉径よりも大きい、冠形保持器。 - 前記保持器はダイカストにより成形した成形保持器である請求項1の冠形保持器。
- 前記保持器の材料はマグネシウム合金、アルミニウム合金および亜鉛合金からなる群から選択した一つである請求項2の冠形保持器。
- dmn値が60万を超える玉軸受に使用する請求項1、2、または3の冠形保持器。
- トランスミッション用の玉軸受に使用する請求項1〜4のいずれか1項の冠形保持器。
- 外周に軌道を有する内輪と、内輪に軌道を有する外輪と、内輪の軌道と外輪の軌道との間に介在させた複数の玉と、玉を円周方向で所定間隔に保持する請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の冠形保持器とを有する玉軸受。
