Description
例えば、最大押込荷重を低く抑えた上で高いスパイクが形成できれば、加工時に金属材料と金型のすべりが良いと評価できる。また、例えば、エジェクター荷重が低いと、成形後の金型と成形された金属材料の間の焼き付きがなく(もしくは少なく)、残存皮膜量が多いと評価できる。
上記課題を解決するための本願第1発明は、
下記一般式化1〜化2で表される化合物から選ばれる1種又は2種以上を含有し、実質的に黒鉛を含有しない、温間及び熱間鍛造用潤滑剤である。
上記課題を解決するための本願第2発明は、
更に、水溶性又は良好な水分散性を示し、かつ、オレフィンをモノマーとして構成に含む合成高分子及びその塩から選ばれる1種又は2種以上を含む第1発明に記載の温間及び熱間鍛造用潤滑剤である。
本願は、上記一般式化1〜化2で表される化合物から選ばれる1種又は2種以上を含有し、実質的に黒鉛を含有しない、温間及び熱間鍛造用潤滑剤を開示する。
本願が開示する温間及び熱間鍛造用潤滑剤は、被加工材の温度が800〜1250℃の範囲内とする鍛造で使用されることが好ましい。また、金型の温度が70〜400℃の範囲内とする鍛造で使用されることが好ましい。
後に示す表1に記載した、実施例1〜9及び比較例1〜5に係る各潤滑剤を周知の方法により液状の剤型で製造した。
上記特許文献3等に開示されているスパイク試験を行った。
プレス機は、200tクランクプレス機(コマツ産機製)を使用した。ストローク長は250mm、ストローク数は25spm、ダイギャップは3mmとした。
テストピース(被加工材)は、材質がS45C、サイズがφ25mm×30mmのものを使用した。
金型は、材質がSKD61であり、スパイク試験前に♯1000のサンドペーパーで研磨した。
なお、上記テストピース及び金型の材質は「JISハンドブック2005」に記載された組成に従っている。
金型を200℃、テストピースを900℃にそれぞれ加熱した。実施例1〜9及び比較例1〜5に係る各潤滑剤を水で更に10倍希釈し、それぞれの試験において2mlを金型にエアスプレーで塗布した。その後、テストピースの加工を行った。押込荷重測定用のロードセルで、テストピース加工時の最大押込荷重を測定した。
テストピースを1100℃に加熱した点の他は、上記スパイク試験1と同じ条件で試験した。
上記実施例1〜実施例9に係る潤滑剤は、いずれも黒鉛を含有した比較例5と同等又はそれをこえる潤滑性を示した。実施例1〜実施例9では、「互いにオルト位に位置する2つのカルボキシル基を有する芳香環2つが結合されている」という共通の化学構造が見受けられた。

- 下記一般式化1〜化2で表される化合物から選ばれる1種又は2種以上を含有し、黒鉛を含有しない、温間及び熱間鍛造用潤滑剤。
(上記一般式化1において、A1はアルカリ金属原子、アルカリ土類金属原子、アンモニア、又は有機アミンである。)
(上記一般式化2において、A2はアルカリ金属原子、アルカリ土類金属原子、アンモニア、又は有機アミンである。Rは酸素原子(O)又はカルボニル基(−CO−)である。)
- 更に、水溶性又は良好な水分散性を示し、かつ、オレフィンをモノマーとして構成に含む合成高分子及びその塩から選ばれる1種又は2種以上を含む請求項1に記載の温間及び熱間鍛造用潤滑剤。
