Claims (4)
- 自溶炉内に原料を供給するとともに、前記自溶炉内に前記原料の反応に寄与する第1ガスを供給する原料供給装置であって、
前記第1ガスが内部を通過するランスの外側に設けられ、該ランスとの間の前記第1ガスの流通がなく、前記原料が通過する原料流路と、
該原料流路内を通過する前記原料に向けて第2ガスを吹き込み、前記原料の分布を調整する調整手段と、を備え、
前記調整手段は、前記原料に向けて前記第2ガスを吹き込む管路が形成された複数の管路部材を有し、
複数の前記管路部材は、前記原料流路を形成する仕切り壁に対して交換可能に設けられていることを特徴とする原料供給装置。 - 前記管路部材が、前記原料流路を形成する仕切り壁に形成されたスリットに対して交換可能に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の原料供給装置。
- 前記原料流路に対し、2方向から前記原料を供給する供給部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の原料供給装置。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の原料供給装置を備える自溶炉。
