Description
Claims (16)
- 液化ガスを貯蔵する貯蔵タンクを備えた船舶において、
前記貯蔵タンクの下流に設置されて、前記貯蔵タンクから排出される蒸発ガスを冷媒にして、圧縮された蒸発ガス(以下、「第1流体」という。)を熱交換させて冷却する蒸発ガス熱交換器;
前記蒸発ガス熱交換器の下流に設置されて、前記貯蔵タンクから排出された蒸発ガスの一部を圧縮する圧縮機;
前記蒸発ガス熱交換器の下流に前記圧縮機と並列に設置されて、前記貯蔵タンクから排出された蒸発ガスの他の一部を圧縮する予備圧縮機;
前記蒸発ガス熱交換器によって冷却された前記第1流体をさらに冷却する冷媒熱交換器;
前記冷媒熱交換器送られ(以下、冷媒熱交換器に送られる流体を「第2流体」という。)、前記冷媒熱交換器によって冷却された前記第2流体を膨張させた後、再び前記冷媒熱交換器に送る冷媒減圧装置;及び
前記蒸発ガス熱交換器と前記冷媒熱交換器によって冷却された前記第1流体を膨張させる第1減圧装置;を備えて、
前記冷媒熱交換器は、前記冷媒減圧装置を通過した蒸発ガスを冷媒とし、前記第1流体と前記第2流体を両方熱交換させて冷却し、
前記第1流体は、前記圧縮機によって圧縮された蒸発ガス;前記圧縮機によって圧縮された蒸発ガスと前記予備圧縮機によって圧縮された蒸発ガスが合流された流れ;のいずれか一つであり、
前記第2流体は、前記予備圧縮機によって圧縮された蒸発ガス;前記圧縮機によって圧縮された蒸発ガスと前記予備圧縮機によって圧縮された蒸発ガスが合流した流れ;のいずれか一つであり、
前記予備圧縮機によって圧縮され前記冷媒熱交換器と前記冷媒減圧装置を通過した後、前記冷媒熱交換器の冷媒として使用された前記第2流体は、前記貯蔵タンクから排出された後、前記蒸発ガス熱交換器を通過した蒸発ガスと合流することを特徴とする船舶。 - 前記蒸発ガス熱交換器、前記冷媒熱交換器と前記第1減圧装置を通過して、一部が再液化された液化ガスと、気体状態で残っている蒸発ガスとを分離する気液分離器をさらに備え、
前記気液分離器によって分離された液化ガスは、前記貯蔵タンクに送られ、
前記気液分離器によって分離された蒸発ガスは、前記蒸発ガス熱交換器に送られることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の船舶。 - 前記第1流体は、燃料需要先の上流から二つの流れに分岐して、
一部は、前記蒸発ガス熱交換器、前記冷媒熱交換器及び前記第1減圧装置を順次に通過し、一部または全部が再液化され、
他の一部は、前記燃料需要先に送られることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の船舶。 - 前記第1流体と前記第2流体を連通させるライン上に設置されるバルブをさらに備えて、
前記バルブは、前記圧縮機によって圧縮された蒸発ガスと前記予備圧縮機によって圧縮された蒸発ガスを合流または分離させるように開閉されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の船舶。 - 前記冷媒減圧装置は膨張機であり、
前記冷媒減圧装置を通過する直前の流体と通過した直後の流体は、気体状態であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の船舶。 - 液化ガスを貯蔵する貯蔵タンクを備えた船舶の蒸発ガス処理システムにおいて、
前記貯蔵タンクから排出される蒸発ガスの一部を圧縮機によって圧縮した後、燃料需要先に送る第1供給ライン;
前記第1供給ラインから分岐して、前記貯蔵タンクから排出される蒸発ガスの他の一部を予備圧縮機により圧縮する第2供給ライン;
前記第1供給ラインから分岐して、圧縮された蒸発ガスを蒸発ガス熱交換器、冷媒熱交換器、及び第1減圧装置を通過させて再液化する復帰ライン;
前記冷媒熱交換器と冷媒減圧装置を通過して冷却された蒸発ガスを、再び前記冷媒熱交換器送って冷媒として使用させた後、前記貯蔵タンクから排出された蒸発ガスと合流させる再循環ライン;
前記冷媒減圧装置及び前記冷媒熱交換器の下流の再循環ラインと、前記予備圧縮機の上流の第2の供給ラインとの間を連結する第1追加ライン;
前記第1追加ラインと、前記圧縮機の上流の第1供給ラインとを連結する第2追加ライン;
前記圧縮機の下流の第1供給ラインと、前記予備圧縮機の下流の前記第2供給ラインとを連結する第3追加ライン;
前記圧縮機の下流の第1供給ラインと、前記冷媒熱交換器及び前記冷媒減圧装置の上流の再循環ラインとを連結する第4追加ライン;及び
前記予備圧縮機の下流の第2供給ラインと、前記蒸発ガス熱交換器の上流の復帰ラインとを連結する第5追加ライン;を備えて、
前記蒸発ガス熱交換器は、前記貯蔵タンクから排出された蒸発ガスを冷媒として、前記復帰ラインに沿って供給される蒸発ガスを熱交換させて冷却し、
前記冷媒熱交換器は、前記冷媒減圧装置を通過した蒸発ガスを冷媒として、前記再循環ラインに沿って供給される蒸発ガス;及び前記復帰ラインに沿って供給される蒸発ガス;の両方を熱交換させて冷却することを特徴とする船舶の蒸発ガス処理システム。 - 前記圧縮機の上流の前記第1供給ライン上に設置される第1バルブ;
前記圧縮機の下流の前記第1供給ライン上に設置される第2バルブ;
前記予備圧縮機の上流の前記第2供給ライン上に設置される第3バルブ;
前記予備圧縮機の下流の前記第2供給ライン上に設置される第4バルブ;
前記蒸発ガス熱交換器の上流の前記復帰ライン上に設置される第5バルブ;
前記冷媒減圧装置及び前記冷媒熱交換器の上流の前記再循環ラインに設置される第6バルブ;
前記冷媒減圧装置及び前記冷媒熱交換器の下流の前記再循環ラインに設置される第9バルブ;
前記第1追加ライン上に設置される第10バルブ;
前記第2追加ライン上に設置される第12バルブ;
前記第3追加ライン上に設置される第13バルブ;
前記第4追加ライン上に設置される第14バルブ;及び
前記第5追加ライン上に設置される第15バルブ;をさらに備えたことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の船舶の蒸発ガス処理システム。 - 前記燃料需要先の上流及び前記第2供給ラインの下流の前記第1供給ライン上に設置される第11バルブをさらに備えたことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の船舶の蒸発ガス処理システム。
- 前記第1バルブ、前記第2バルブ、前記第3バルブ、前記第5バルブ、前記第6バルブ、及び前記第10バルブは開いて、前記第4バルブ、前記第9バルブ、前記第12バルブ、前記第13バルブ、前記第14バルブ及び前記第15バルブは閉じた状態でシステムを駆動し、
蒸発ガスが前記予備圧縮機に供給されると、前記第3バルブを閉じて、蒸発ガスが前記予備圧縮機、前記第6バルブ、前記冷媒熱交換器、前記冷媒減圧装置、再び前記冷媒熱交換器及び前記第10バルブを循環する、閉ループの冷媒サイクルを形成することを特徴とする請求項7または8に記載の船舶の蒸発ガス処理システム。 - 前記圧縮機が故障した場合、前記第1バルブ、前記第2バルブ、前記第5バルブ、前記第6バルブ及び前記第10バルブは閉じ、
前記第3バルブ及び前記第4バルブは開いて、
前記貯蔵タンクから排出されて前記蒸発ガス熱交換器を通過した蒸発ガスが、前記第3バルブ、前記予備圧縮機及び前記第4バルブを経て燃料需要先に供給されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の船舶の蒸発ガス処理システム。 - 前記第1バルブ、前記第3バルブ、前記第4バルブ、前記第12バルブ、前記第14バルブ及び前記第15バルブは開いて、
前記第2バルブ、前記第5バルブ、前記第6バルブ、前記第9バルブ、前記第10バルブ及び前記第13バルブは閉じた状態でシステムを駆動し、
蒸発ガスが前記圧縮機に供給されると、前記第1バルブを閉じて、蒸発ガスが前記圧縮機、前記第14バルブ、前記冷媒熱交換器、前記冷媒減圧装置、再び前記冷媒熱交換器及び前記第12バルブを循環する閉ループの冷媒サイクルを形成することを特徴とする請求項7または8に記載の船舶の蒸発ガス処理システム。 - 前記予備圧縮機が故障した場合、
前記第3バルブ、前記第4バルブ、前記第12バルブ、前記第14バルブ及び前記第15バルブは閉じ、
前記第1バルブと前記第2バルブは開いて、
前記貯蔵タンクから排出されて前記蒸発ガス熱交換器を通過した蒸発ガスが、前記第1バルブ、前記圧縮機及び前記第2バルブを経て燃料需要先に供給されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の船舶の蒸発ガス処理システム。 - 前記第1バルブ、前記第2バルブ、前記第3バルブ、前記第5バルブ、前記第6バルブ、前記第9バルブ及び前記第13バルブは開いて、
前記第4バルブ、前記第10バルブ、前記第12バルブ、前記第14バルブ及び前記第15バルブは閉じて、
前記圧縮機によって圧縮された蒸発ガスと前記予備圧縮機によって圧縮された蒸発ガスが合流して運用されることを特徴とする請求項7または8に記載の船舶の蒸発ガス処理システム。 - 前記圧縮機が故障した場合、前記第1バルブ、前記第5バルブ、前記第6バルブ及び前記第9バルブを閉じて、
前記貯蔵タンクから排出されて前記蒸発ガス熱交換器を通過した蒸発ガスが、前記第3バルブ、前記予備圧縮機、前記第13バルブ及び前記第2バルブを経て燃料需要先に供給されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の船舶の蒸発ガス処理システム。 - 前記第1バルブ、前記第2バルブ、前記第3バルブ、前記第5バルブ、前記第6バルブ及び前記第9バルブは開いて、
前記第4バルブ、前記第10バルブ、前記第12バルブ、前記第13バルブ、前記第14バルブ及び前記第15バルブは閉じて、
前記圧縮機によって圧縮された蒸発ガスと前記予備圧縮機によって圧縮された蒸発ガスが分離されて運用されることを特徴とする請求項7または8に記載の船舶の蒸発ガス処理システム。 - 前記圧縮機が故障した場合、
前記第1バルブ、前記第5バルブ、前記第6バルブ及び前記第9バルブを閉じ、
前記第13バルブを開いて、
前記貯蔵タンクから排出されて前記蒸発ガス熱交換器を通過した蒸発ガスが、前記第3バルブ、前記予備圧縮機、前記第13バルブ及び前記第2バルブを経て燃料需要先に供給されることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の船舶の蒸発ガス処理システム。
