Description
Claims (20)
- 真空断熱窓組立品であって、
平行で離隔された透明な第1及び第2基板と、
少なくとも離隔された前記第1基板と前記第2基板との間に配置されたシールであって、前記シールと前記第1及び第2基板がその間に大気圧未満の気圧のキャビティを規定している、シールと、
前記キャビティと連通できるように少なくとも部分的に前記第1基板の穴を通って延び、前記第1基板の主要外表面を超えて延びる排気管と、
前記真空断熱窓組立品の前記排気管を少なくとも部分的に囲むように前記第1基板の前記主要外表面に近接する位置に配置された保護リングと、
前記第1基板の上に積層された第3基板と、
前記排気管と、前記保護リングと、前記第3基板に形成された開口部と、のそれぞれの上に配置され、前記キャップにおける前記第3基板に対向する側に位置決め隆起部を備えているキャップと、
を含み、
前記位置決め隆起部は、前記第3基板に形成された開口部の内表面に係合している
真空断熱窓組立品。 - 少なくとも前記第1基板と前記第2基板を互いに積層するため、前記第1基板と前記第3基板の間に配置されたポリマーを含む積層フィルムを更に含む
請求項1に記載の真空断熱窓組立品。 - 前記保護リングの高さが、前記排気管における前記第1基板の前記主要外表面を超えて延びる部分の高さより小さいか等しい
請求項1又は2に記載の真空断熱窓組立品。 - 前記保護リングが前記第1基板に接触及び/又は非接触で配置される際、前記保護リングの内径が、前記排気管における前記第1基板の前記主要外表面を超えて延びる部分を収容できるように十分に大きく、前記保護リングが、前記排気管における前記第1基板の前記主要外表面を超えて延びる前記部分とは接触しない、
請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の真空断熱窓組立品。 - 前記排気管は、ガラスを含む、
請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の真空断熱窓組立品。 - 前記保護リングは、前記第1基板の前記主要外表面に接着テープで固定される、
請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の真空断熱窓組立品。 - 前記キャップは、前記第3基板の主要外表面に接着剤で固定される、
請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の真空断熱窓組立品。 - 前記第1及び第2基板は、ガラス基板である、
請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の真空断熱窓組立品。 - 前記排気管における前記第1基板の前記外表面を超えて延びる部分は、封止されている、
請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の真空断熱窓組立品。 - 前記第1基板と前記第2基板の間の前記キャビティに配置された複数のスペーサーを更に含む、
請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の真空断熱窓組立品。 - 前記シールが端部シールである、
請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の真空断熱窓組立品。 - 前記シールがガラスフリットを含む、
請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の真空断熱窓組立品。 - 前記保護リングが全体的に円柱形状となる、
請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の真空断熱窓組立品。 - 前記シールがバナジウム及び/又ははんだガラスを含む、
請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の真空断熱窓組立品。 - 前記第1基板、前記第2基板、及び前記第3基板は、ガラスを含む、
請求項1に記載の真空断熱窓組立品。 - 平行で離隔された第1及び第2ガラス基板と、
離隔された前記第1及び前記第2ガラス基板の外周部に近接する位置に配置された外周端部シールであって、前記端部シールと前記第1及び第2ガラス基板がその間にキャビティを規定し、前記キャビティが大気圧未満の気圧となっている、外周端部シールと、
前記第1ガラス基板から延び、前記第1ガラス基板の少なくとも一部を通って、前記第1ガラス基板の外表面を超えて延びる排気管と、
前記排気管の一部の周囲に配置された保護リングと、
前記第1ガラス基板の上に積層され、前記排気管と前記保護リングがその中に配置される開口部を備える第3ガラス基板と、
前記第3ガラス基板の前記開口部を覆い、前記キャップにおける前記第3ガラス基板に対向する側に、位置決め隆起部を備えているキャップと、
を含み、
前記位置決め隆起部は、前記第3ガラス基板に形成された前記開口部の内表面に係合している
積層真空断熱ガラス組立品。 - 前記第1ガラス基板と前記第3ガラス基板の間に配置された積層フィルムを更に含む
請求項16に記載の真空断熱ガラス組立品。 - 前記保護リングの高さが、前記排気管における前記第1ガラス基板の外表面を超えて延びる部分の高さより小さいか等しい、
請求項16又は17に記載の真空断熱ガラス組立品。 - 前記シールは、バナジウム、バリウム、亜鉛の1つ又は複数を含む、
請求項16〜18のいずれか一項に記載の真空断熱ガラス組立品。 - ガラス基板を提供するステップと、
前記ガラス基板に複数のスペーサーを配置するステップと、
前記ガラス基板の第1表面の外周部に沿って端部シール材料を配置するステップと、
前記スペーサーと端部シール材料をその間に挟み込むように前記第1ガラス基板の上に別のガラス基板を設けるステップと、
前記ガラス基板間にキャビティを形成するためのシールを形成するために前記端部シール材料を加熱するステップと、
前記ガラス基板の1つに設けられた排気管を介して前記キャビティを真空引きするステップと、
前記排気管の一部を溶融させることで前記排気管を封止するステップと、
前記排気管の外周部を囲むように保護リングを配置するステップと、
前記排気管の少なくとも一部がその中を通って延びるように規定された開口部を備えた第3ガラス基板を、前記ガラス基板の少なくとも1つに積層するステップと、
前記保護リングと前記排気管の少なくとも前記一部とが配置され、前記第3ガラス基板に対向する前記キャップ側に位置決め隆起部を備えているキャップを前記第3ガラス基板の前記開口部の上に設けるステップと、
を含み、
前記位置決め隆起部は、前記第3ガラス基板に形成された前記開口部の内表面に係合している、
真空断熱ガラス組立品の製造方法。
