Claims (12)
- 回折格子層、アレイ基板及び対向基板を備える三次元液晶表示装置であって、
前記アレイ基板及び前記対向基板が液晶セルを形成するように互いに対向して設置され、前記回折格子層が視差バリアであり、前記アレイ基板と前記対向基板との間に液晶が充填され、前記アレイ基板が縦横方向に交差するゲート配線とデータ配線とによって区画された複数の画素ユニットを備え、各画素ユニットが画素回路及び制御回路を備え、
前記各画素ユニットの前記画素回路が、互いに離間された少なくとも二つの左視野の画素電極と、少なくとも二つの右視野の画素電極とを有し、
前記各画素ユニットの前記制御回路が、前記左視野の画素電極と接続する第一サブ制御回路と、前記右視野の画素電極と接続する第二サブ制御回路とを有し、
前記視差バリアが、前記液晶セルに面する前記アレイ基板の表面上に直接配置されることを特徴とする、三次元液晶表示装置。 - 前記各画像ユニットにおいて、全ての前記左視野の画素電極が第一櫛歯状の構造に構成され、全ての前記右視野の画素電極が第二櫛歯状の構造に構成され、前記第一櫛歯状の構造と前記第二櫛歯状の構造とが互いに交差するように設置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記左視野の画素電極及び前記右視野の画素電極の幅が1−20μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の表示装置。
- 前記制御回路が薄膜トランジスタ回路であり、前記第一サブ制御回路のゲート電極及び前記第二サブ制御回路のゲート電極が同一のゲート配線と接続し、前記第一サブ制御回路のソース電極及び第二サブ制御回路のソース電極がそれぞれ一つの画素ユニットの両端のデータ配線と接続し、前記第一サブ制御回路のドレイン電極が前記左視野の画素電極と接続し、前記第二サブ制御回路のドレイン電極が前記右視野の画素電極と接続することを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の表示装置。
- 前記対向基板がカラーフィルタ基板であり、前記カラーフィルタ基板が透明基板とカラーフィルタとを備え、
前記視差バリアが前記カラーフィルタと前記アレイ基板との間に位置し、且つ前記カラーフィルタまでの距離が1−100μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の表示装置。 - 前記回折格子層の中心線が、前記表示装置の表示領域の中心線と重なることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の表示装置。
- 三次元液晶表示装置を製造する方法であって、
下部基板に制御回路及び画素電極を形成し、各画素ユニットの前記画素電極が、互いに離間された少なくとも二つの左視野の画素電極と、少なくとも二つの右視野の画素電極とを備え、前記各画素ユニットの前記制御回路が、前記左視野の画素電極と接続する第一サブ制御回路と、前記右視野の画素電極と接続する第二サブ制御回路とを備え、
前記下部基板に回折格子層を形成し、前記回折格子層が、視差バリアであり、
上部基板と前記下部基板とを対向して設置し、前記上部基板と前記下部基板との間に液晶を充填し、
前記視差バリアが、前記液晶に面する前記下部基板の表面上に直接配置されることを特徴とする、三次元液晶表示装置の製造方法。 - 前記各画像ユニットにおいて、全ての前記左視野が画素電極は第一櫛歯状の構造に構成され、全ての前記右視野の画素電極が第二櫛歯状の構造に構成され、前記第一櫛歯状の構造と前記第二櫛歯状の構造とが互いに交差するように設置されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の製造方法。
- 前記左視野の画素電極及び前記右視野の画素電極の幅が1−20μmであることを特徴とする、請求項7または8に記載の製造方法。
- 前記制御回路がTFT回路であり、前記第一サブ制御回路のゲート電極及び前記第二サブ制御回路のゲート電極が同一のゲート配線と接続し、前記第一サブ制御回路のソース電極及び第二サブ制御回路のソース電極がそれぞれ一つの画素ユニットの両端のデータ配線と接続し、前記第一サブ制御回路のドレイン電極が前記左視野の画素電極と接続し、前記第二サブ制御回路のドレイン電極が前記右視野の画素電極と接続することを特徴とする、請求項7から9のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記上部基板にカラーフィルタを形成するステップをさらに備え、
前記視差バリアが、前記カラーフィルタと前記下部基板との間に位置し、且つ前記カラーフィルタまでの距離は1−100μmであることを特徴とする、請求項7から10のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。 - 前記回折格子層の中心線が、前記表示装置の表示領域の中心線と重なることを特徴とする、請求項7から11のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
